according to korean media reports on april 2, 2022, soloist singer-songwriter ryun has recently purchased an apartment in the prestigious nine one hannam complex, a complex famous for its prime location in hannam-dong in central seoul, also nicknamed "korea's beverly hills".
it has been reported that the artist bought the apartment on january 24, 2020, for approximately 8.7 billion krw (around 6.7 million usd.) ryun is said to have paid for it in full with cash and without loans. the deed of the apartment was sealed to her name on the february 19, 2022. it is said that her luxurious apartment is about 300 square meters in total space, with the artist apparently wanting the extra space to spend time with her family and friends.
