CUBE ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES LIMITED PROMOTIONS FOR RYUN's JAPANESE ALBUM DUE TO FAMILY MATTERS

this morning at 11:00 a.m. kst time, cube entertainment announced that promotions for ryun's recently released full-length japanese album, time-lapse, would be reduced to a three-week period. with promotions for the album set to now end on september 22.
just two days earlier ryun officially released her full-length japanese album, time-lapse. the title track for the album, i want to be closer to you, was performed as a surprise to fans during the last day of her world tour in tokyo, japan.
in their statement they provide the reasoning that, "ryun has informed us of the need to return to her childhood home, due to urgent family matters." no information on what the "urgent family matters" were specified, but the company clarified that ryun has reassured them, "she is sorry to disappoint [japanese] fans with such a short [promotional] time, but to not worry because she will be back soon with good news." the "good news" has many fans curious about what the soloist and her company are keeping from them.

cube entertainment has announced the birth of ryun's niece!
a month earlier on september 3, the company released a statement that soloist ryun's promotions for her recent japanese album would cut short due to "urgent family matters." this statement left many fans curious and afraid for what "good news" ryun's return from her childhood how could mean.
as of today at 12:00 p.m. kst time, fans have received their answer!
cube entertainment shared what soloist ryun wanted to express to fans:
"hello this is cube entertainment.
ryun and her family have given us their full consent to release this information, that ryun hopes fans will receive these with full and happy hearts.
ryun's brother and sister-in-law have welcomed their third child into the world. the baby, a girl, was born on october 21 at 2:15 a.m., weighing 4.5 kilograms. she was reportedly completely healthy, and her and her mother were released from the hospital a few days later in good health.
while on tour ryun was informed that her sister-in-law was pregnant, while tough she was able to stay in contact with her family to monitor her sister-in-law and the baby's condition. after her tour wrapped and with the release of her album, ryun received word from her family that she should urgently return home because her sister-in-law's conditions was becoming severe. when ryun came to us about this information, we of course, allowed her to return to be with her family.
ryun has expressed that while these words may not be directly from her, she is grateful to fans for allowing her space and their understanding to return home to see the birth of her niece. she is thankful that her sister-in-law and the baby are healthy and happy. she is sorry for the delay informing fans, and any worry it may have caused. she asks that fans wait for her a little while longer so that she can take care of her sister and niece while they are in such a delicate condition. she promises to return to you in high spirits and with many activities planned for the future.
