SOLOIST RYUN DISCUSSES PLANS FOR HER UPCOMING 10th ANNIVERSARY!

can you believe it's been nearly ten years since ryun captured our hearts and ears? neither can we!
the soloist debuted on february 14, 2016 with her first ep album four seasons. the success of her debut was immediate with her achieving the #2 spot on the gaon album chart. impressively, she would also achieve her first music show win only two after debuting, making her the fastest idol and first soloist to do so.
in the time between her successful debut and now, she has continued to amaze fans, called heartbreakers, and amassed even greater achievements.
just this year it was announced that she has been invited to join the recording academy. along with becoming the highest credited female idol according to the korean music copyright organization.
with the solo artist's tenth anniversary coming up early next year, many fans have speculated what the idol may have planned. many online spaces seem to agree that she will release an album, possibly a ep or full album. there have also been talks of a possible asian or north american tour, while her japanese fan base have agreed there will be a japanese concert. this would follow the pattern of previous years, where she has released an album and promoted it with a concert in japan.
the excitement and buzz surrounding such a big achievement must have reached ryun, herself, because this morning she went on her personal instagram account to tease her plans for next year:

the diamond heart soloist further excites her fans this afternoon with the announcement of a 10th anniversary concert tour set for 2026. the announcement was made on her official twitter account mentioning the name of the tour: 10th anniversary concert tour "heartbreak on the big stage". as of the date of this news story, no official ticket sale date or tour dates and stops have been released.

ryun has taken to her personal instagram account to announce that she will be graduating with a master's degree next year!

she enrolled in the prestigious korea national university of arts in 2016, perusing a double major in music composition and choreography, and received a bachelor degrees for both in 2022.
it was announced in 2023 that she would be pursuing a master's degree at the university of art's music composition department.
she is now in her final semester of the program and will be graduating in early 2026, as apart of the class of 2026!
