MX ENTERTAINMENT (명자비에르 엔터테인먼트) is a record label and entertainment company based in seoul, south korea. it was founded in 2009 by korean-american producer XAVIER MYEONG (명예준) and his wife, brazilian-korean actress and model, BAE MÔNICA GO-EUN (배고은). their motto for their company is: a company made for artists by artists.

the company currently consists of four groups: GENESIS (2012), VIXEN (2015), BEATRIXX (2022), and S.I.R.E.N (2024). the company currently has one female soloist: CHIARA (2019). with a reported number of over 200 employees, 15% of employees are currently trainees and 40% work under their subsidiaries.

there are currently four subsidiaries under the company: MXP (2010), MXA (2013), MXM (2013), and MXG (2015).

MXP (also known as MX PRODUCE) was established in 2010 for the GENESIS members elijah and zion, who were promised their own sub label for producing if they joined the company. xavier also releases projects under this label. the sub label currently has 10 talents signed under it including VIXEN's carmen, CHIARA, and BEATRIXX's beau. MXA (MX ACTS) and MXM (MX MODELS) were established in 2013 after the successful debut of GENESIS allowed the company to afford more staff. go-eun personally established and manages the labels, which currently house 15 signed talents. MXG (MX GENESIS) was established in 2015 exclusively for the GENESIS members and their staff, following the debut of girl group VIXEN. as of 2024, the members will own a majority of the label with MX ENTERTAINMENT holding only less than 25% of the shares.

GENESIS (창세기) is a boy group consisting of six members: adrian, roman, midori, asa, elijah, and zion. they released several pre-debut projects from may 2010 until december 2011 produced by the members, under the sub label MXP. the group debuted on june 27, 2012 with the full album "A NEW GENESIS." on january 7, 2015 it was announced that the group would be moved to their own exclusive sub label MXG(ENESIS). their fandom name is generation.

VIXEN (암여우) is a female duo consisting of two members: sarang and carmen. the duo was originally a co-ed trio, with the chinese trainee, wen haoyu as a third member. he left the company to pursue higher education in his home country, china. they debuted on january 31, 2015 with the single "FOX." their fandom name is kits.

CHIARA (키아라) is a cuban born solo artist who debuted on august 17, 2019 with the mini album "I AM CHIARA". she was a popular trainee under the company, rumored to be the adopted sister of a well-known k-pop idol. upon her debut it was confirmed by herself that she was adopted by a korean couple from america, but that her adoptive siblings weren't famous. instead, it is her maternal cousin that is a well-known k-pop idol. she did not name the idol, only revealing that she admired them from far. her fandom name is charmers.
