the recording academy, also responsible for the grammy awards, has released its list of artists invited to join it's ranks.
on july 10, a list of several artists were released including many nominees that are k-pop idols including txt yeonjun; seventeen vernon, woozi; le sserafim yunjin; katseye; and enhypen jungwon. soloist zico was also listed.
netizens have had several reactions to the news ranging from celebration for their idols making it into the academy, to criticism that most of the artists that have gotten invited are from hybe labels.
several of ryun's own fans have had a positive response to the news and are eagerly awaiting the announcement that she has accepted the invitation!
