"Careful mommy." Hinawakan ni Austin ang braso ko nang umupo ako sa sofa pagkapasok namin ng condo.

Ginulo ko ang buhok niya, "Baby, Mommy's already fine. You don't need to worry." I laughed and smiled at him. I understand he's still worried on what happened, eto talaga ang pinaka kinakatakutan ko saaming dalawa.

Kakauwi lang namin after 3 days, my first day after waking up was the worst. Ilang beses akong natumba dahil noong una ay pakiramdam ko para akong lumulutang kapag naglalakad ako. Tinulungan naman ako nila Lami at Maxine sa paglalakad at malaking tulong rin ang gamot na binibigay sakin na hanggang ngayon ay kaylangan kong itake.

"Mommy! Lolo's calling!" ibinigay naman saakin ni Austin ang phone ko.

I took a deep breath before answering the phone. I've been gone for a week at alam kong marami akong naiwang trabaho. Magagalit rin sila dahil sa biglaang bakasyon ko na ginawang rason ni Victoria.

"Dad."

[What took you so long Aqua?! You took a vacation for a week without informing us?! Kung hindi ko lang tinawagan ang secretary mo ay hindi ko nalaman ang nangyayari sa kompanya! We lost another 10% of our investors!] 

"Let me handle this Dad. I'm sorry." Napahilot ako sa sentido ko nang marinig ang nangyari sa kompanya. Fucking hell, I will really kill that bastard who tried to kill me.

[Be sure to fix this Aqua. Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko kung bumagsak na ang kompanya natin. I won't ever forgive you if time comes and that will happen.] Ramdam ko ang galit sa bawat salitang binitawan niya.

I know I'm just adopted, pero lahat nang para sa pamilya namin ginagawa ko because I love them. Sometimes its just tiring to hear those things. Expectations and frustrations coming from them.

Sinandal ko ang ulo ko sa sofa tsaka pumikit. This is too much to carry, lalo pa ang frustrations ko dahil sa kagustuhan kong malaman kung sino ang gumawa non sakin.

I took a deep breath to stop myself from crying when I felt someone sat beside be and hugged me.

"It's okay Mommy. I'm here. We'll get through this." He calmly said while caressing my head.

I smiled and hugged him back. Oh how I love my son so much.

"Thank you for your consideration. I'm assuring you this won't happen again. I'm already setting up meetings from our investors in China and Guam. We're also going to push through to building our hotels in Visayas, I just need a little more time to deal with our engineer." The board looked at me, some investors are smiling  who still have hopes in our company and some are still undecided.

"That's all for today. I'll call you again after 3 days. Meeting dismiss." I stood up and smiled at them before leaving the room.

My Dad is not in here because he had an emergency meeting so I was the one who handled all the meetings the whole day.

It's already past 8 in the evening. Pumasok ako ng 4am at ngayon lalabas ako ng gabi na kung saan madilim din. Just great.

I took some vitamins before leaving the office dahil buong araw wala akong kain at baka mamaya ay mawalan ako ng malay. Mabuti rin nandyan si Victoria para bantayan si Austin.
