Rottmnt Donnie x reader

Part Deux

Y/n 's pov:

I woke up. My head hurt like a bitch. My vision was blurry. My ears were ringing too, but I could make out muffled voices.

I sat up and rubbed my head. Once my vision got better, I could see six curious faces hovering above  me, staring.

At first I thought I was hallucinating (delulu era), cuz four of them were green turtle-human creatures and the other a stanky rat-man. Oh, and a normal, human girl.
I was convinced they were a fragment of my imagination, until one of them spoke:

"Heyyy" he said. He was wearing an orange bandana.
"You're awake! Guys, she's awake!"

"Yes... We can see that. Thank you for stating the obvious, genius." mocked the one with the purple
bandana.

He then put some weird goggles on and leaned forward towards me. Suddenly a mechanical arm with a flashlight sprung out his back and pointed the light in my face.

"Let's check your condition, shall weeee"

I jumped back. Needless to say, I was kinda freaked out. I started backing away. I got up and started running until I reached a wall and started looking for a door. But then I realized: I wasn't in the sewers anymore.

Or maybe.. I was, but definitely not the part where I passed out. I was somewhere completely different. It looked kinda like a house. Then it clicked to me that not knowing where I was, I also didn't know how to get away from..... this situation.

"Ohhh, great!" one of them yelled. "Donnie, scared her with his disgusting face and nerdiness. Well done Donnie." he said sarcastically.

"Cut it out Leo! This isn't a time for your stupid jokes! This is serious!"

I was still facing the wall bc at that point I was so terrified, I didn't want to look at them. Then I heard footsteps approaching me, and felt a big hand on my shoulder. I turned around and saw a huge turtle in red. He smiled at me.

" I apologize for my brother's behavior. I understand you're scared right now, but please, let us explain."

I was so shocked, I couldn't say anything. He gently pushed me towards the others.
We walked over to them and sat down.

"Guuurl, I TOTALLY know how you're feeling right now, cuz I was in the same place as you before, and no matter how crazy this may seem, believe me, it will all make sense...... I think." said the girl, wrapping her arm around my shoulder and pulling me closer to her.

" Uhhh so... Where do we even begin with this?! " asked the blue one.

" Let me handle this. This is the time for Dr. Delicate-touch to take action" cracked his knuckles the one with the colorful shell.

"Sooo: Itallstartedfifteenyearsago. WewerefourordinarybabyturtleswhenwefellinthehandsofevilbarronDraxum. Heusedusashistestsubjectsforhismutationtesthethrewusintanksfilledwithagreenliquidcalledmutagenandbecausewehadbeentouchedbyahumanwetrabsform-"

"When we said 'explain', we didn't mean our whole life stoy.  She's not even interested in that. She just wants to know how she got here." the blue one interrupted orange's babbling.

"Look: we were just goofing around in the sewers, when we heard a loud crash. We run towards the sound and there you were, on the floor, unconscious. We brought you back to the lair so Donnie could check on you, cuz not gonna lie, we thought you were dead. Kay? " explained the blue one.

" Yes. We weren't expecting you to wake up so soon. We were just gonna see if you were ok and then we would've put you back so you wouldn't see us. " said red.

" Buuut, it looks like you decided you'd wake up early." said the purple one while typing on his..... Arm?

Huh, weird.

"So, uh, yeah. Now that you know about us, we're gonna either have to kill you or never let you see the light of day again." threatened blue.

"Ahh! We DO?!?! 😰" gasped orange and started screaming.

"SHUT UP LEO!" yelled everyone at once.

"Huhuh.... He-he's just joking around! He obviously didn't mean that." chuckled red nervously, before giving blue a death stare. He then looked at me and smiled awkwardly. "You are free to go, but please, don't tell anyone about our interaction. Ok?"
