I woke up, a throbbing pain in my head. I tried taking a deep breath but it hurt. I sat up. My clothes were trashed, my arm and legs were bandaged. What on earth happened?

I tried standing up and immediately fell to the ground. I've never felt so weak. I looked around. I was in the lab. I was safe.

⚪"Hello?GUYS??" I yelled.
Leo and April came in.

🔵"Welcome back."

⚪"Hi. Ahh, Cann I get some help here?"

🟡"Oh right, sorry"

They helped me up.

🔵"I'll go and let everyone know you're okay while April gets you ready."

⚪"Ready for what?"

🟡"We'll get you to a hospital. You're badly hurt and need proper care."

⚪"Oh..."

🟡"I brought you some clothes"

⚪"Thanks, but what abou-"

🟡"Everything has been taken care of. Don't worry bout it."

⚪"Okay, but what happened?"

April told me whatever the guys had told her about the night of the Mission. Dang. I mean at least we got what we came there for? Although we could've done or without costing me my bodily wellness.

(idek if this is a real thing okay but yk what I'm mean. I'm writing this in my notes app w/o internet connection and I can't check Google translate rn)

April helped me get ready and Mikey and Raph took me to the tank while she went to wake Donnie. Soon he rushed in, hugged me super tight and started blabbering really fast before abruptly stopping and getting super awkward. I was like okayyyyy. Thatsss weird but imma not day anything 😃😆.

I really didn't want to go to the hospital but I had to so, whatever. While we were waiting at the reception April told me about how Donnie wouldn't leave my side.
So that was Donnie behaving super weirdly part 2. And then April said something that shocked me.

🟡"Im pretty sure he has a crush on you"

🙀🙀 Dan dan daaaannnnnnn.

⚪"Pff, no way. Really?"

🟡"How else would you explain his behavior"

⚪"Idk, everyone has their soft moments. And besides, why would he even have a crush on me? I mean c'mon."

🟡"It would be weird NOT to have a crush on you. You're the only one that actually wants to spend time with him doing the stuff he likes."

⚪"Okay and? Good friends do that too, I don't see your point."

🟡"Yeah, okay, you can pretend you don't see it. Oh- the doctor is here."

They did some tests on me like x rays and stuff and said they'd keep me there for like a day or two. And the whole time I was thinking about what April said and Donnie's behavior. Was there actually a chance he liked me? And most importantly WHY DID I LIKE THE IDEA OF HIM LIKING ME? Focus y/n, calm down. It's probably just because you haven't been told that someone has a crush on you before. Yeah... That's probably it. Haha...
