I knew for a fact there were no places for me to hide. So there was only one thing left to do. Put those drama classes from six years ago to work.

🕷️"I can't belive I had to take the stairs up to my own office in my own hotel!" she complained before catching sight of me.
🕷️"And who are you supposed to be?"

Game face on.

⚪"Big mama! I am so so sorry to show up unannounced but I believe I have news you'd like to hear."

🕷️"And what are they about?"

⚪"your enemies, miss"

🕷️"very well then. Follow me to my office"

YES! So far so good.

⚪"You know, the rumors aren't false, you really are breathtaking."

🕷️"Oh, stop it! Have a seat please darling"

Flattery. Villains can't resist it. Fortunately for me because I think I'm on her good side for now. Unless she calls everyone "darling". We'll see.

🕷️"So, what did you want to tell me?"

⚪"I saw those four pesky turtles that everyone hates in the hidden city the other day. They said they were planning on sneaking in and bringing you down"

🕷️"Ah, yes, my little turtly boos. You know, it always amazes me how they don't learn from their mistakes. I can't be defeated."

⚪"But of course, I know that miss"

🕷️"Now tell me, what do you want in return for coming to see me?"

Shit. If I say I don't want anything then she's going to suspect me.

⚪"Uh, I was hoping to get front row tickets for the next battle nexus event? I am a huge fan"

🕷️"Oh, surely dear! But you didn't tell me this: When did they say they were gonna strike?"

Before I even got to say anything, the doors swung open.

🔴"RIGHT NOW!"

Raph was posing in front of the door. Soon he was joined by Mikey and Leo. I wanted to pose in a cool way too but distractions don't get that privilege. I did have one advantage though. Big mama didn't know I knew the turtles. She thought I was a yokai wearing a cloaking broach (or is it brooch?)

Anyway.

I quickly jumped behind big mama's desk so I could convince her I was a helpless little yokai, when in reality I felt like a helpless little human. She started doing that villain sinister talk while Leo was trying to come up with cool answers for everything she said. Spoiler alert: he couldn't.

But wait- WHERE'S DONNIE?

My heart shattered at the thought that something had happened to him. Raph was here, why wasn't he? And why on earth did I just care so much about him to the point I almost had a mini panic attack within my panic attack?

My train of thoughts-that-have-nothing-to-do-with-the-Mission was interrupted by some weird loud noise...
