The boys leave for patrol. Here we go...

I enter the lab, Donnie wasn't there. Which was weird. I just started wandering around when I heard the door close behind me, scaring me. I turn around. It was Donnie.

🟣"Hello." he said sternly

⚪"Hi."

He walked up to me and looked me in the eyes.

🟣"Sit" he pointed at a chair.

I did what he said.

🟣"Loosen up, why are you so tense? It's not like we're gonna do anything"

Easy for you to say, you're not the one who got the shit out of them scared, I thought. He sat at the other side of the desk opposite of me and grabbed a book.
And for the first time ever I saw him wear his glasses. Wait- Was he not kidding about the studying part?

🟣"So, when we're you going to confess?"

⚪"Huh?"

🟣"When were you gonna tell me that you have feelings for me?"

⚪"I don't"
I did. But he doesn't get to have it his way. He can't be going out with someone else and still make sure he has a girl who wants him in his life. In a few words: you can't have your pie and eat it too. I won't let him

🟣"Oh come on y/n, don't lie to me. Let's not forget who the genius here is."

⚪"But I literally don't like you"

🟣"And what about your obvious signs? Just because I chose to ignore them, doesn't mean I didn't get them."

⚪"Does it even matter? If I like you or not? You brought me here to interrogate me and you won't even look at me!"

I felt a knot form in my throat.

Donnie finally took his eyes off the book and turned to me. His glasses reflecting the little light in the messy room.

⚪"What even was the point of you bringing me here?"

🟣"For you to answer my first question"

⚪"I did"

🟣"You lied."

⚪"Yeah, if that's what u want to believe"

My voice was shaky, I wanted to cry. But no way I'd do it in front of him.

⚪"I'm leaving" I started to heading to the door.

Donnie got up and blocked it with his body.

🟣"Just tell me the truth"

⚪"Get out of my way" I ordered while looking at the floor.

🟣"Y/n... Please.." his voice sounded sad and sincere.

TOO BAD. I DON'T GIVE A SHIT.

⚪"Out of my way!"

I pushed him and ran out of the room.

The boys had also returned from patrol at that point. Mikey ran after me.

3rd person:

🔵"Dude, what did you do?"

Donnie looked at his brothers, his eyes filled with dispair.

Raph shook his head in disapproval and they both left to comfort y/n, leaving Donnie to isolate himself in his lab
