Moments after the nurse left, there was a knock at the door. It startled Tori making her cry. Will and Dr. Rivers comforted her. They told her it was only her dad. She wanted to see her dad, but at the same time she was scared about her test results.

When Dr. Rivers saw this, he comforted her. He told her that her dad would tell her why she was so poorly. She told him that she was scared he would come in with his full surgical garment. Dr. Rivers and Will told her that they thought that wouldn't be the case. They told her that they thought he would just be in his suit. She hoped so because her anxiety was already through the roof about her results.

When the door opened, Dr. Moore walked in wear his blue suit. He had an envelope in his hand. He walked over to the bed.

Once at the bed, he saw how poorly Tori really was. He took a small flashlight out of his suit pocket. He clicked it on. He asked Tori to look at him. She did as she was told. He shone the light into her eyes. He was checking her pupils to see if the reacted to the light to check for intercranial pressure. He noticed her eyes were bulging and was concerned. Thankfully her eyes reacted that usual to the light.

It was time for Dr. Moore to tell his daughter about her test results. He knew she was very poorly, so sharing the results were important. He knew she wouldn't like to hear what the results were because they were results he didn't want either.

Seeing her so poorly, he thought the results made sense now to him. It was just about time that they came to the surface. She didn't seem to show anything wrong until now. He had to tell them and his plan. He was ready to explain everything.

It was truly time for Dr. Moore to show Tori's test results. He let Tori know. He asked if it was okay for Will to know. Tori told her dad that she wanted Will to know what was going on. She didn't want to hide anything from him anymore. He thought it was a good idea.

He then opened the envelope. He took out the paper with results. He wanted Dr. Rivers to have a copy of them as he saw Tori daily. Dr. Rivers also had a copy of the cerebral angiography and x-rays. He looked at the cerebral angiography. He was extremely concerned. He looked at Dr. Moore. He was waiting for Dr. Moore to explain what he found. Dr. Moore knew Tori wouldn't like what he needed to tell her, but knew in her condition she may not resist. He was ready to share the results with everyone.

Next he told them that he wanted to share the test results. He told them he had good news and bad news. He told them the good news first. He told them that Tori's shunt was functioning properly. They were relieved about that.

Will then asked his dad why Tori was so poorly if her shunt was working. Dr. Moore then told his son that there was bad news related to that. He shared with them that the cerebral angiography showed that Tori's shunt was functioning, but that the right ventricle in her brain wasn't draining at all. He explained that could be why Tori was so poorly. Dr. Rivers examined the images as well. He commented that it could explain why she wasn't getting better in the San. Dr. Moore agreed. It was time to figure out what to do next.

It was time for Dr. Moore to reveal the next steps for Tori's treatment. He told everyone that he felt Tori needed another operation. He told them that a second shunt would help her feel better. Will looked at his dad with tears in his eyes then he looked at Tori. He asked his dad if that meant another brain operation. He told Will that was exactly it. Will told him that he trusted him and knew he was the best to help her.

Next Dr. Moore told Will that Tori would be going to stay on the neurosurgery ward. Will asked if he was allowed to visit. Dr. Moore smiled of course. He told Will that he wouldn't have it any other way. He told Will that he knew that Tori meant so much to him. He also told Will that it would be an opportunity for him to leave his room too. Will was glad.
