Morothoth takes the last sip of the gold brew. He sets down the bottle and marvels at the crowd his story drew. Many humans, a few trolls, a pack of visiting wood elves, and even Oooo and Zaidu were enjoying the story. Rina looks over to the bartender as her voice shrieks "Get this bad ass dragon more fucking booze right the fuck now!"
The crowd chuckles while the bartender grabs a bottle. As the bartender heads to the table Alan, Grania and Kadlin step out from the private room area. Grania looks in a bit of discomfort and yet quite happy. With a smile, Kadlin puts a hand on Grania's shoulder and says "Now make sure ya go ta tha medic. Ya need some bandages on tha marks sweety."
Her cheeks flushed, Grania gives a gentle smile. "Yes Mistress. I will, ummmm, go right away Mistress."
Alan puts his arm around Kadlin's waist as they both smile at Grania. With a naughty smile, Kadlin says softly "Ya did very good for ya first day sweety. I'm proud of ya."
Grania turns her head away, giggles a little and smiles big. "Thank you, Mistress!"
Kadlin turns her around. "Now off ta tha nurse with ya!" She gives Grania a firm slap on the ass. Grania winces, then grins as she all but skips off to the medics. Looking on, Morothoth and Rina both chuckle. After a quick look around the room, Alan and Kadlin move over to the table. The bartender sets down a bottle in front of Morothoth while Alan assesses the situation.
With a big smile, Alan says "Telling stories again Morothoth I see."
"You know me so well my friend." Morothoth gives a slightly embarrassed grin as Alan and Kadlin sit next to Rina. Kadlin's head returns to its rightful place on Alan's shoulder and Alan's arm reflexively falls on her hip. Morothoth opens the bottle and takes a sip before speaking humbly "I share the tale of the First Dragon War, a tale you know well. At this point in the story, Arashi and I just arrived at the siege of Bahamut's castle."
Alan smirks and looks to the bartender. "Bartender, we need a pony keg and a lot of glasses, cause this is about to get really good! Especially when shit goes down!"
The crowd cheers as Morothoth smiles. "It is just a story. And please do not ruin it for anyone Alan." Morothoth pauses and thinks for a short moment. "I always question why so many enjoy this tale so much."
Kadlin lifts her head off Alan's should long enough to say "Cause a tale of armies of dragons fightin other armies of dragons is amazin honey! An that's commin from a demon raised in Asgard!"
As his scales flash, Morothoth chuckles. "I suppose I forget that non-dragons do not find such events as common. If you all are enjoying this story, I suppose I should continue..."
