Dustin, Lucas, and Max ran after the other group of three, and followed them to the AV Club. They all ran inside Max the last one entering but was stopped when the door slammed in her face.
"Mike what the hell." Lola scolded him
"What this is for party members only." He said annoyed.
"You are a asshole." She responded.
"Hello? Guys can I come in!" Max yelled from the other side of the door.
"No!" Mike yelled.
"Don't yell at her Michael." Lola exclaimed.
Small time skip
"I don't understand." Dustin said
"What don't you understand?" Mike asked him.
"They saw something like that last year?" Lucas asked making to the two kids nod.
"Kinda but there was no tail." Will informed.
"Yea but then they heard the exact same sound yesterday." Mike said.
"Why didn't you tell us before?" Dustin said sounding annoyed.
"We weren't sure." Lola said to him.
"So it's a coincidence." he responded.
"Or not, what if when they were in the upside down, they somehow acquired True sight?" Mike asked.
"True sight?" Lucas asked.
"It gives you the power to see into the ethereal plane." Dustin explained to him.
"Elaborate."
"Maybe these episodes they're having aren't really flashbacks? Maybe they're real, maybe they can someone see into the upside down." Mike explained.
"So that means..." Lucas trailed off.
"Dart is from the upside down." Will and Lola said at the same time.
"We have to take him to Hopper." Lucas said.
"I agree." Mike said and Lola nod her head in agreement.
"No way! If we take him to Hopper dart is as good as dead." Dustin said with wide eyes.
"Maybe he should be!" Lola yelled at him.
Lola was getting upset that Dustin would consider keeping something from the upside down after being stuck in there.
"How can you say that!" Dustin replied to her.
"How can I say that? That thing not only is from the place that almost got me killed, but it is the thing that almost killed me." She yelled in one breath.
"He's from the upside down!" Mike yelled backing her up.
"Maybe, but even if he is it doesn't automatically mean that he's bad." Dustin responded making Lola scoffed in disappointment.
"That's like saying someone from Death Star doesn't make them bad." Mike said.
"We have a bond." Dustin said making Lola look at him like he was crazy.
"A bond! Just because he likes nougat?" Mike exclaimed.
"No, because he trusts me!"
"He trusts you?" Lucas said weirded out.
