Fantasies and Drinking Spree

Sitting....no...sharing a seat with a stranger never crossed her mind nor enjoying the party in a storage room near the venue.

But talking about fantasies while drinking hard drinks was weirder to her.

"You know, Lesley Ann Warren is one of the portrayers of Cinderella that I like the most. Plus, ang ganda kaya ni Lesley. You get me?" The woman beside her asked.

With their skin touching, she can't almost respond. I mean how would you respond if a stranger has been this close to you more than your childhood friend has been?

"S-She's okay. I mean, I never really watched Cinderella being portrayed by humans, not animation." She responded.

Her answer made the one woman beside her jolt in surprise. Nakapamewang na humarap ito sa kanya.

"Grabe ka. As in wala, never?!"

Binigyan naman niya ito ng isang awkward na tango na halos ikahimatay ng babae.

"Anak ng pork chop! Kailan birthday mo? Regaluhan kita ng kopya ng sinasabi ko. Girl, you are missing one of the greatest movies of all time!"

Though she felt like the woman is exaggerating, tumango na lang siya at somehow nag-agree.

"Lesley is a great actress! You cannot only commend her for her acting but for her wisdom also." She continued.

The next few minutes was all about Lesley and her famous quotes. If you truly know her, she doesn't like this kind of talk but this one's different.

Drinking is new to her but drinking while talking about Cinderella, Lesley Ann Warren, and some random girl group is newer. However, all throughout the talk, she listened.

On that night when she thought that she'll dwell on her problems, she became a big time listener and she loved every minute of it.

How can you not? How can't you listen carefully when the one's talking looked adorable talking about everything she loves?

The feeling's foreign but felt homey.
