"You're nephews are adorable", I gush to Sam as I watch the boys play outside.

Sam glances out the window, "Yeah they're pretty great. But they should be packing up the truck like I asked them to", he says shaking his head with a smile as he watches them.

I glance over at Bucky as he's making more sandwiches, "Hey Buck, why don't you go help the boys pack up?".

"Sure, just come finish up these last few for me", he says putting the slices of bread down and heading outdoors.

I stand next to Sam where Bucky was at and start spreading mayonnaise on the slices of bread.

"How many more of these do you want made?", I ask.

"That should be good. I know some neighbors might be stopping by to help and they'll probably bring some food with them", he replies.

"And if they don't?", I question.

He gives me a come on look, "It's my home town Rosie. People will show up and they'll bring food, because you can't have a gathering without some good home cooked food", he finishes with a smirk.

"It must be nice to live in a small town where the community is so close to one another. It's kind of like a big family", I say in a far away voice.

When I notice Sam watching me I flash him a smile before packing the food up, "You have a family and a community of your own too you know", he says reading my mind.

"I know, and I'm very grateful for that", I say cheerfully.

"Are you two ready?", Sam's sister says walking in to check on us.

"Just about", Sam answers grabbing the last of things before we start heading out.

We spend the day cleaning and remodeling the boat as much as we can, and slowly it begins to look more like a boat and less like a floating tin can.

I use my powers to move some of the heavier objects or rip some of the metal railings off, so that it can be replaced. At one point I was cleaning the windows inside when I notice Bucky effortlessly rip off a chunk of the side plating with his metal arm that Sam had been struggling to take off.

Sam pauses and looks up at his friend with a look that makes me burst out laughing. I decide to mess with both of them so I use my powers to take off the rest around the boat and gently place all of the old pieces in a neat pile.

They slowly look over at me and then at each other.

Both boys drop everything and leave the boat, "Where are you guys going?", I call laughing.

"I think you just emasculated both of them Rosie ", Sarah says joining in as she watches them retreat.

"I better go console their egos", I say as our laughter dies down.

I make my way over to the tables along the water that were set up for everyone to eat.

I plop myself next to Bucky, as him and Sam are filling their plates with food.

"Are you two butthurt?", I ask in a teasing voice.

"That was our sign that it was time for a break", Bucky says with a chuckle as he pulls me in to kiss my cheek.
