Chapter 61: Dating

"Uh Rosie, do I want to know what exactly happened to your room last night?", Tony asks looking between me and Steve.

I glance at Steve before giggling, "Um no don't ask. But don't worry, I'll sort out the payment on repairing the damages".

"It's already taken care of, but next time I'm putting you two up in a motel", he says shaking his head.

Bucky looks at me with a longing expression and I feel bad that he's still apart from me even now that I remember.

"Why don't we go get some brunch?", Wanda asks looking around at us all.

"Shouldn't we get back to our guest and ask him some questions?", Vis asks.

"Guyliner can wait", Tony says leading us out, "I know of a perfect spot around the corner".

Once we get to the restaurant we all take our time eating and talking, and I feel like I've died and gone to heaven once my lips make contact with the rich hot chocolate I ordered.

I moan shamelessly and close my eyes as the creamy liquid slides down my throat, but when I open them I notice Steve, Bucky and Sam who are around staring at me.

"What?", I ask looking at them.

They all have similar smirks on their faces, "Really enjoying that aren't you", Steve says in a deep voice as his eyes sparkle with arousal.

"Kind of makes you feel a little inadequate, doesn't it?", Sam teases Steve.

"Believe me, he most certainly isn't inadequate in any way", I tell him with a suggestive look.

"Oh, I really didn't need to have that image in my mind", Sam says looking up at the ceiling and closing his eyes as though he's trying to cleanse his mind.

We chuckle at his reaction and I slide my hand onto Bucky's leg so that he's not feeling left out.

He places his metal hand on mine and gives it a gentle squeeze while the other two begin a conversation.

I lean in closer to Bucky, "Thank you for the cake last night".

He smiles warmly at me, "A deals a deal".

I begin to lose myself in his steel blue eyes and I wish that I could draw closer to him and put action to the thoughts that I'm having right now.

"Rosie, I can't tell if you're planning on eating or killing Barnes with that look you're giving him", Stark says from across the table calling me out.

My eyes pop open at the sudden spotlight cast on me and I blush deeply especially when I make eye contact with Steve.

"Oh- I- We were just talking about what happened yesterday. I guess that was the intense look you saw", I laugh lightly.

"Yeah, how is your guy's relationship with Dominic", he asks taking a drink from his coffee.

"It's Dimitri", Bucky corrects, "And I've never liked him, but towards the end Rosie did".

"I thought they were horrible to you?", Wanda asks me confused.

I shoot Bucky a look for bringing that part of the past up before answering, "They were! But over time my relationship changed with them. They still did terrible things and made me do terrible things but... it wasn't all bad...".

I feel my cheeks blush even more now that I have to try to explain a part of my history that I wished would have stayed in the dark.

"So you were friends with him?", Tony bluntly asks.
