Till the End of Time-

Chapter 15: The Fight

"A little help here!", Nat yells at me as she's trying to fight off 5 men at once.

I push myself off the ground where I had fallen and let my energy course through me as I lift two of the men off the ground hit them with a blast causing them to be flung through the air.

I run forwards and jump feet first at one of the men knocking the gun out of his hand. Then using my powers to flick him into a tree.

I look up to see that Nat already has her men knocked out and is running forward to fight alongside the Dora Milaje.

The Hulk is having a field day taking out a couple of tanks along where the force field had been weakened. We still have no idea how they are able to disable the barrier in some places.

The Baron Zemo's army began to attack from land and air. We've been fighting and trying to get the barrier in those places back up to cut them off.

It surprised us that they were able to get through in random places, which made us scatter around to what ever areas opened. I take a moment to look for Steve but I can't see him in all the chaos.

I know I made a promise... but I want this to end.

I take off running towards a cluster where Hawkeye and Rhodey are. I freely let the energy course through me and fuel me on.

I send golden light out from my hands and sweep through the group of men. Before I direct both at a tank and cause it to explode.

"Where've you been hiding all this time?", Hawkeye asks as he jogs up to me and pats me on the back.

I smile at him, "Oh you know I was just relaxing in the back enjoying the show, but then I thought I should help a little".

He laughs with me before stringing an arrow and shooting a guy down from a nearby tree within a blink of an eye.

"Guess that means we gotta get back to work. Where's Nat at by the way?", he asks as he notches another arrow and sends it flying up to an aircraft which explodes once it hits the wing.

I look up admiring his skill before answering, "She's by the south doors".

"I'll head over there with you", he tells me.

"Actually I'll follow in a minute I'm going to stay out here for a little bit and try to help out more", I tell him scanning for an area that needs help.

"Cap wants you to stay in the back", he reminds me using a father tone of voice with me.

I roll my eyes, "I know and I'll go back, but I would like to help a little more out here if I can".

He nods his head before taking off. I continue to fight here and there when anyone comes within range. That's when I spot Thor further down fighting alone. I decide to make my way over.

I get there just in time to see a guy behind Thor aim his gun at him.

I send a blast at him sending him flying backwards and hitting Hulk in the back. Let's just say Hulk didn't appreciate that...

"Yikes", I grimace as I watch.

"Lady Rosaleen!", I turn and see Thor coming towards me with his arms extended. "I was hoping to fight alongside you".

"Well your wish has been granted", I tell him.

We continue fighting together taking out groups of men one at a time. Somehow with every punch that I get it makes me more energized than before. I feel powerful and in control compared to some of the other times when I've been training.
