"Have you been doing good, Risa?"

Luke greeted. "Hey, Luke! Well, I am doing pretty good! All thanks to Boss!" L looked up at the man beside. "So, you found out how much effort Adelio put to take you out of the café for a week?" Smirking, Luke glanced at the two through the rear mirror. It flustered Adelio.

Why was his friend exposing everything when Risa had yet to utter a word about it? "Yeah, I just came back from there" L beamed. Making the man gulp. Could a person smile this warmly? It felt incredible. Talking with her again after being neglected was one kind of joy.

"Thank you, Boss. I will be sure to repay you! But please don't do that again. You are wasting a lot" Of course, the refusal was a must for her character. She could not disclose her true thoughts. Adelio's eyes rested on L. Making the intense eye contact. "I like spending on you though"

Silence conquered. Luke's eyes widened on the other side. How straightforward his friend had become because of one woman?! L gulped. He was already confessing? Wasn't it a bit rushed? She thought the confession would happen at the welcome party. "You are flattering me, Boss"

L tucked her hair behind ear.

Avoiding the intense eye contact. It was when Adelio's brows rose. "Wait, I... I mean I don't want my employee to be worn out before the welcome party" He cleared his throat. What had he done?! He was making the situation awkward! "Haha, Adelio has been a sympathetic man!"

To lift the atmosphere, Luke entered the chat. Driving while adjusting the air for the two at the back. One true best wingman he was. "Risa, now that you are taking a rest from both jobs, you must have free time nowadays" Luke began to pave the path for his friend to walk on.

"Yes, I am locking myself in the house to get full rest" L beamed. "Wouldn't you get bored though? With your outgoing personality, I am sure you would find it a bit boring to stay at home always" Luke added. He had to drag her out, in order to make the ship sail strongly.

Quietly, L studied the intention. Luke, being the wingman obviously, must have something up his sleeves. So, she gave in; "You are right. It feels a bit off to be alone. But I have nothing else to do" A sigh crawled up between L's lips. Now, what kind of response Luke would give?

"What a coincidence!"

He shouted suddenly. And Adelio saw through his friend quickly. Still, he had no reason to prevent his friend. After all, Luke was doing his best to arrange a meeting. "Adelio recently bought a dog park! It is such a peaceful place to hang out. Why don't you pay visit tomorrow?"

L's true reaction would be the image of a woman's jaw dropping to the floor. "He bought dog park?" Her eyes widened, slightly. Sparkles gleaming within. 'Rich man are the best', that's what she thought. "Luke's puppy needed some space" Adelio finally broke into the conversation.

Attracting the woman's gaze. Look at this fine man; buying an entire dog park just because his friend's dog needed some space. How admirable! "Oh, that's really kind of you, Boss. Is it really okay if I pay visit though? I mean I don't own a dog" Sheepish smile tugged upon L's lips.

"You don't have to own one to get in. You have my permission to do whatever you want" Adelio retorted; sounding serious. His words echoed like a stream of cash permeating into L's ears. Her lips curved up to form a bright smile. "Thank you. Then, I guess I will pay visit tomorrow"

She shrugged.

It delighted the two men wholly. Luke's plan worked! "I will come get you tomorrow, around four after work" Promptly, Adelio drew the time table. Earning a nod from the woman. "I have something to say in private as well" L added. Arousing Adelio's curiosity. "What?"
