"I'm gonna shower and get myself and Beth ready for the party." Quinn decided. "I'll help get the apartment ready when I'm done."

"I can get the apartment ready." Finn offered. "We already have the decorations up, so I'll put the liquor and cups out in a little bit."

"What about food?" Quinn wondered.

"I ordered pizzas and sandwiches." Finn answered. "And we have a ton of snacks."

Quinn nodded.

"I got it." Finn insisted. "Go get ready."

"Okay." Quinn smiled. "Thank you."

"Quinn, they're gonna be here any minute." Finn warned her.

"I'm almost ready." Quinn nodded, though she wasn't dressed yet. She hurried around the apartment fixing the snack and drink tables and changing the music.

"Quinn." Finn scolded.

"Sorry." Quinn apologized as she went to her room. "I'm going."

Quinn changed into a black halter dress and sparkly silver heels. She fixed her hair, which she had curled loosely, and touched up her makeup.

Quinn reapplied lip gloss before returning to the living room.

"Whoa, you look beautiful." Finn told Quinn.

"Thank you." Quinn smiled. "Where's Beth?"

"She's in her room." Finn said.

Quinn gently cupped Finn's cheeks and kissed him.

Finn smirked into the kiss as he wrapped his arms around Quinn's waist and deepened the kiss.

"Mommy."

Quinn pulled away and looked at Beth. "Yeah?"

"Can you help me pick shoes?" Beth requested.

"Sure." Quinn said, offering Beth her hand. "Come show me what you wanna wear."

Beth took Quinn's hand, and the girls walked back to Beth's room.

"You're so pretty, Mama." Beth smiled.

"Just like you, baby girl." Quinn smiled back as she scooped Beth up. She gently tickled her sides and kissed her cheek. "I love you."

"I love you." Beth said when Quinn put her back down. She picked up a pair of shoes and looked at Quinn.

"Those are pretty, B." Quinn nodded. "You wanna wear them?"

Beth nodded back and sat down to put the shoes on.

"Quinn! Beth! They're here!"

"Coming!"
