"Thank you for my presents." Beth said. "Will you tell Santa, too?"
"I will." Quinn nodded. "And you're welcome. Can I have a hug and a kiss?"
Beth smiled as she hugged and kissed Quinn. "I love you, Mommy."
"I love you, too." Quinn said.
"Thank you, Finn." Beth added, hugging Finn after. "Mommy, can I call Gramma to thank her, too?"
"Sure, B." Quinn said as she handed Beth her phone. "Here."
"Thanks." Beth replied before running off with Quinn's phone.
"So." Quinn said. "When are you going to Kurt's?"
"Later." Finn answered. "I'm gonna shower and get ready after breakfast."
Quinn nodded.
"I didn't wanna miss presents." Finn added, handing Quinn a small jewelry box. "This is for you."
"Finn." Quinn said. "You didn't have to get me anything."
"You did so much for Beth." Finn stated. "I wanted to make sure you weren't left out. Besides, I got Beth a present, too, so..."
Quinn smiled.
"Open it." Finn requested.
Quinn took the box and slowly opened it. She looked at the dainty silver necklace. "Finn, this is so beautiful."
"Yeah?" Finn asked.
"Yeah." Quinn said. "Help me put it on?"
Finn smiled as he took the necklace.
Quinn picked up her hair and stood with her back towards Finn while he carefully put the necklace on her and kissed her neck lightly.
Quinn let go of her hair and smiled as she put her hand to the necklace. She turned around and looked at Finn. "Thank you."
Finn kissed Quinn lightly.
"I wanna give you your present." Quinn decided.
"Okay." Finn said.
Quinn handed Finn a large gift bag and smiled excitedly as he dug through it.
Finn pulled out a big winter coat.
"You mentioned needing a new jacket, and I figured now was the perfect time to suit up for the cold New York winter." Quinn stated. "I hope you like it."
"I do." Finn nodded as he tried on the black coat, putting his hands in the pockets. "Extra long sleeves, too."
"Of course." Quinn nodded.
"This is really nice, Quinn, thank you." Finn said, taking off the jacket. "I'm gonna wear that out later."
"There's one more thing." Quinn told Finn as she held onto the jacket.
Finn furrowed his eyebrow as he dug to the bottom of the bag. He pulled out a thick white robe. "What's this for?"
"I booked a trip for us." Quinn answered excitedly. "It's not until February, but I figured we could spend Valentine's Day weekend at a cabin together. You can snowboard while I ski, and I booked couples' massages for us at the spa."
"Wow, I'm really impressed." Finn stated. "You always say you're not a romantic, but that sounds pretty close to it to me."
Quinn grinned as she kissed Finn again. "I love you."
"I love you, too."
-
"Mommy."
"Yeah, Beth?"
"Can we go see Finn now?" Beth requested.
"You wanna go to Kurt's?" Quinn asked.
"Yeah." Beth nodded. "Do you?"
"Okay." Quinn said. "Let me text Finn."
"Should I get changed?" Beth wondered.
"You can keep your pajamas on if you want." Quinn told Beth. "It's up to you, B."
"Are you gonna get changed?" Beth questioned Quinn. "And put on makeup?"
"I think so." Quinn said. "I won't take too long."
"Okay." Beth nodded.
Quinn texted Finn before changing into leggings and a sweater. She quickly filled her eyebrows before putting on mascara, eyeliner, concealer, and lip gloss.
"Ready, B?" Quinn asked, returning to the living room.
"Yeah."
