"Hey, tiny." Finn smiled as Beth entered the kitchen. "Sleepy?"

Beth nodded.

"Did you have fun dress-shopping with Mommy the other day?" Finn wondered.

Beth nodded again.

"I wanna talk to you about something important, so let me know when you're not too tired to talk, okay?" Finn requested.

"Okay." Beth repeated, looking at Quinn.

"Morning, B." Quinn smiled as she kissed Beth's cheek.

"Morning." Beth responded.

"Mercedes agreed to be a bridesmaid, and I'm meeting Santana for brunch so she can run her bachelorette trip plan by me." Quinn explained. "Finn, can I talk to you privately for a second?"

"Sure." Finn nodded. "Beth, we'll be right back."

"Okay." Beth muttered.

Finn and Quinn excused themselves to their bedroom and closed the door behind them.

"I was thinking about you talking to Beth, and maybe you could do it when I'm away for the weekend?" Quinn suggested. "Unless Kurt's planning a bachelor party the same weekend, then I can ask my mom to come stay with Beth."

"Yeah, sure." Finn said. "I think Kurt's leaving the bachelor party details up to Blaine and Sam, so after you talk to Santana, I'll let them know what weekend not to do it and I'll talk to Beth while you're gone."

"Okay." Quinn nodded. "I think that's good."

"Do you think she'll be okay with it?" Finn wondered. "I don't want her to feel like I'm replacing her dad or that she doesn't get to say no or anything."

"I think it's really sweet how much you worry about her." Quinn smiled slightly. "And that shows you're ready to be a parent."

Finn looked at Quinn.

"I'm sure she'll be okay with it." Quinn added. "She loves you."

Finn smiled. "You're right."

"And thank you." Quinn said. "This isn't something you have to do, and it means a lot to me that you're the one who brought it up in the first place."

"I love you, and I love her."

"I love you, too."
