As Y/n was talking to Clay, her counterpart got bored. So, she left to her little dark realm she had. It was a place where time could pass but not at the same time. It all depended on whether her counterpart wanted time to pass time there or not.

The counterpart changed into a more evil look and began to simply walk around in the never ending dark void.

*Sigh*
"It's so peaceful here. So; quiet. What a shame that out there it's always so loud. If only they could see how much the sun sucks.

The heat can be unbearable. Thank God it's only been cloudy lately. I wonder what Y/n is up to right now anyways. Possibly talking to her little boyfriend still.

She can be so boring sometimes."

The counterpart continued to walk knowing there wasn't anything to find there. It was an endless void after all. She always walked there and nothing ever showed up. Till today.

There was a figure up ahead wearing a hoodie. A grey and black one at that. They were sitting down too.

"Who is that?" The counterpart muttered. She sped up a bit and soon reached this mysterious figure. The counterpart reached out to tap their shoulder and felt a shiver go down her spine.

Whoever it was, was scary as hell. She could barely move out of fear. But she had to know who it was and how they got there. So, she tapped their shoulder.

"H-Hello? Excuse me, how did you get here? Who are you?" The counterpart asked, still very frightened.

"I'm me." They replied.

The counterpart jumped out of shock and jumped backwards, almost falling back. The person got up and turned around to reveal a mask with a smile on it covering their face.

They looked very cool yet evil with the look they were wearing. Ripped pants, a grey and black hoodie along with a mask covering their face and some black gloves with a few stains of blood on them.

They had clearly been up to something. And not charity work.

"I-I'm Y/n, who are you?" The counterpart asked nervously as she took a step back.

"My name is Clay. You can just call me Nightmare for now." They replied.

"S-So what are you d-doing here Nightmare?" The counterpart asked as she stepped back some more.

"Not a clue really. Clay kicked me out of his head for a little while so I'm here again. How did you get here?"

"Um, I came here to escape Y/n. I was walking in my side of this dark realm and stumbled across you."

"I thought you said your name was Y/n. How is your name the same?"

"Well unlike you, I kept the same name as the person I am a part of."

*Laughter*
"How pathetic. You really need a new name. Can you imagine the confusion that would ensue if you just kept that terrible name?

*Tsk tsk*
"Let's get you a new name. You can't always be called that now can you? Besides, if I introduce you to my friends, it will be confusing for them."

"You...want to introduce me to your friends?"

"Of course. Got a good reason why not to?"

"I guess not." The counterpart mumbled in defeat.

"Good! Let us find a new name for you then. Got any good ideas?"

Meanwhile, with Y/n, she was getting destroyed by blazes in the nether as Clay tried to help out and kept dying.

What had happened was, Y/n jumped down near a spawner to kill a blaze when more of them spawned and began to shoot at her. She ran, due to having no shield but was quickly cornered by a few magma cubes and wither skeletons.

Doing the only thing she could, she blocked herself in. But, to get out, that was a whole different story. She wasn't anywhere near the walls and if she dug down, she would fall straight into lava.

So, Clay was trying to help her. However, he kept dying to how many mobs were there.

"Ok Y/n, I have a plan. But you're not going to like it."

"Well you can still say it."

"I run over and while all the mobs are agro on me, you make a run for it."

"You were right, I do not like this plan. But it's not like there is another way so alright."

Clay ran at the mobs and Y/n could hear then start to take agro on him. She quickly broke the blocks around her and ran for the portal. Clay caught up and soon they were away from the fortress and at the portal.

"Phew! That was a close one, perhaps a little too close. Thanks Clay."

"It was nothing. You're welcome Y/n."
