Chapter 35 "Going Out?"

*Scream*

"Well we just lost Midnight. Must have hurt like hell too."
Clay said as Y/n walked over to Midnight who was on the floor.

Y/n approached Midnight some more, who was lying down on her stomach looking as if she had died.

Y/n looked around and found a closed umbrella leaning against the wall. She grabbed it and proceeded to hit Midnight with it.

"OW!"

"Oh. She is alive. How unfortunate."

"OF COURSE I'M STILL ALIVE YOU IDIOT!"

"No need to yell. Geez."

"NO NEED TO YELL?!? YOU HIT ME WITH AN UMBRELLA!!!"

"Yes, now deal with it and shut the hell up. You are yelling too loud."

"As if I give a fuck about yelling too loud."

"Midnight can you please calm down?"
Clay asked nicely.

"Stay the fuck out of this Clay."

"Midnight. Don't be so fucking rude. Have some manners."
Y/n snapped at Midnight.

"I don't give a fuck. I WILL fight you, little bi-"

*THUANG*

"Thanks Wilby."

"Of course Y/n, anytime!"

"Did-
Did Midnight just get hit with a guitar?"
Clay asked, confused.

"Yep."
Y/n replied.

"Well I'm off to the void again, see you later Y/n!"
Wilby said as a portal opened behind him.

"See you later Wilby, and thanks for that."
Y/n said as Wilby nodded and went thru the portal.

"That's it. Enough is enough. Y/n, stop getting off track. Stop stopping time and get to the real plot."

"Do I have to...?"

"Yes. It was funny before but now it's just taking up the whole book."

"Fine, fine. How do we "get to the real plot" then?"

"Just go out with Clay or something."

"I-
Do you even know know what we have to do in order to get to the real plot?"
Y/n asked Midnight.

"Yeah because like- um..."
Clay trailed off.

"I think Clay is embarrassed"
Nick said with a chuckle.

"N-No I'm not!"
Clay protested.

"He is definitely embarrassed."

"Save Clay from the embarrassment and just go out with him."
