The Time (Dream x Y/n)

Chapter 46 "The Ultimate Manhunt"

Everyone was ready,
Y/n was at her pc ready to join, Clay was setting up the server,
his friends waited for the ip address and Y/n's family was ready with the popcorn and drinks.

Y/n pressed record and so did Clay.
Then, Clay sent the ip address.
They all joined as quick as they could and so it began.

Everyone was in a circle around Y/n, as they always did to eachother in the manhunts.
She looked around using f5 and noticed a desert biome in the distance.
There was a chance for a temple to be there but there was also a deep ravine close by.

Y/n took a gamble, hit Clay and sprinted off into the desert. Everyone began to catch up by boosting eachother and both Y/n and Clay went into their try-hard mode. The both fell completely silent and it was almost a 1v1.

The others soon lost hunger from sprinting and boosting just as they all entered the desert. Clay continued to chase after Y/n and she collected some sticks from the dead bushes as she ran even deeper into the desert.

This was a huge gamble.
If there was no temple, it would all be for nothing and she would have wasted a perfect ravine.

Y/n was almost out of sprint and so was Clay. That's when Y/n decided to give up on the biome. As she headed out of the biome, she spotted it. A desert temple in the distance. And even better, it was in the direction she had been running in.

Quickly, Y/n turned around, hit Clay and continued to run. She repeated this process a few times before Clay died.

"No!"
He yelled right before dying.

"Haha!
Skill issues!"
Y/n yelled as she went to the temple and fell down.

She quickly looted the chests and broke the tnt. However, this wasn't a 1v1. This was a 5v1. So, where was everyone else?

Y/n's question was quickly answered as 4 of them dropped down next to Y/n.
She quickly placed the tnt and pressure plate as they all attacked her with stone weapons.

One of them named GeorgeNotFound accidentally stepped on the pressure plate and set the block of tnt off.
Y/n dug into the wall just as the tnt went off, almost killing them all and forcing them to try to tower out.

Y/n was now low, too low.
So, she called their names as she towered up using the blocks the tnt dropped.
With one hit on each one, she killed them all and collected their loot.

It wasn't much loot but there was food and some weapons as well as some blocks, just enough to tower out.
So without hesitation, Y/n used the blocks to tower out and ate the food to be able to sprint again.

She quickly made her way out if the desert and ran into the forest.
Clay caught up quickly and began to attack Y/n with the wood weapons he had.

Y/n turned around, crit him a few times and let him run away as she ran in the other direction to find a lava pool in the forest.

Quickly, she stumbled across a dark oak forest and found a lava pool. She made the portal and the others complained on how she was already going to the Nether.

But, Y/n had something else in mind.
A trap. But how you may ask?
With tnt.
So, Y/n grabbed the cords and found a cave as fast as she could. She snatched some redstone and used some to make an observer.

With it, she made a trap so when they go thru the portal, it would activate the redstone which would blow them up almost immediately.

"I'm so sorry Clay, you will never beat me."

"You sure about that?"

"I am."
Y/n said, the whooshing of the portal getting louder and finally letting her into the Nether, getting the achievement and everyone yelling to track her with the compass.

Y/n's family cheered as Y/n chose a direction and ran in that direction.

It would take a bit for the hunters to get to the Nether so she was a bit ahead of them. However, she didn't know that Clay had gained some ground.
Or atleast, she didn't know for long.
Clay entered the Nether and used the compass to track her easily.

The scare Y/n had when she heard Clay laugh at the fact he could track her scared Y/n so much she accidentally fell down when she was towering from one ledge to another over lava.
