Chapter 18 "Impossible"

"Anyways, I want to get to meet you better, Y/n. I have heard so very little about you."

"She sucks!"

"I do not!"

"You so do!"

"This again? Really? Ladies please, for the last time, no need to fight."

"She is stubborn as hell. She won't stop trying to insult me."

"And she is rude as hell. She won't stop making fun of me."

"You both seem like kids fighting over a petty squabble."

"A what?"

"A squabble. Do you not-..?"

"Midnight, a squabble is like a noisy fight over something petty. It's a squabble."

"Well look at you being so educated."

"See? What did I say."

"You were right Y/n. You know, I'm starting to take a liking to you. This, how would I say, bullying, of Midnight is quite entertaining and fun."

"Hehe. Of course it is. Bullying a stupid person like her will always be fun."

"I thought you were going to back me up Nightmare."

"I don't do that dear. If you are in trouble, get out if it. And don't involve me in it."

"Y/n?"

"You know me, it's fun to bully you." Y/n said as she walked over to Midnight who was laying on the ground in defeat. Y/n held her hand out and Midnight grabbed her hand.

Midnight got up and began to brush herself off.

"Midnight, uh, how do I break this to you, there is no dust here. Why are you dusting yourself off?"

"To look cool. But someone just had to ruin it."

"Not my fault you prefer coolness over logic."

"One of these days. I will get you back for this."

"And I will dance on your grave."

"We counterparts never die."

"Then I shall bury you alive and then dance on your grave."

"Burrrrnnnn!"

"Stay out of this Nightmare!"

"I think I will not stay out of it. You two are having too much fun without me."

"You think it's fun to be insulted so many times like this?"

"I never said that. It's fun to bully you and see what stupid comebacks you come up with."

"I hate you."

"Yet you still visited me. Think before you speak darling."

"Stop being so fucking formal and shit."

"It's called being sophisticated and educated."

"That too."

*Laughter*

"What an amazing comeback!"

"Indeed! In all my years, I haven't heard a better one!" They both said as they continued to laugh.

"Well now that I know you better Y/n, care to meet my friends? I can't wait to show them who I found."

"Sure, why not?"
"Midnight, you coming with us?"

"Of course I am. You can't just leave me here!"

"I bet I could."

"Don't you dare."

"Come along now ladies." Nightmare said as he walked towards a portal of sorts.

Y/n and Midnight held hands as they approached the portal. Nightmare walked through it and they followed. There were lights everywhere and they were falling down. Then up. Then just floating.

Finally, they fell onto the ground with a splat. Y/n was alive and Midnight was, less alive. Somehow, when Midnight fell and splat on the ground, the floor broke a bit.

Not to mention that she looked like a cartoon character. It looked like she was just 2D after having fallen down from such a high place.

Y/n grabbed her hand and practically pulled her off of the floor.

"Never again."

"Due to how you peeled off the floor, I agree. No normal person would be in 2D while stuck to the ground and be alive after that."

"How did you avoid that anyways."

"I tried to land on my ass. Not do a belly flop like you."

"I didn't know that we were approaching the floor so quickly."

*Ahem*
"Ladies, we are here."

"Right. It's nice to meet everyo-"

"What is it Y/n?"

"Look."

"I don't see what the big idea is-"

"They look like the Canon dream SMP members..."

"I know."

"Wait. Nightmare, you live with the dream SMP members?!?"

"Not at all. I live with their counterparts."

"They all have counterparts?"

"Of course they do. Don't be ridiculous Midnight."

"But it's impossible!"

"It clearly isn't. They are literally standing infront of both of you right now."

"Explain how!"

"Simple. Every single member of the dream SMP has a counterpart that looks like their Canon self. And since they are the counterparts, they are the evil version of the normal self.

It's quite simple really Midnight. They all have an evil side. And we are that side."
