The Disastrous (Love) Life of Saiki K Strikes Again!

My name is KUSUO SAIKI, and I have psychic powers. You probably already know that, but in case you're a new reader (or viewer), I figure it's helpful to know the basis of the story. Last time, I was able to avoid a date with Teruhashi and another date (scheduled at the exact same time but in a different location) with Aiura. I sent two of my clones to give myself a break from the endless cat-and-mouse game, but just my luck, the clones were a disaster and made matters worse. Teruhashi is going around school wearing a golden locket, and speculation is sending all of her adoring fans into a tailspin. She's telling everyone that the locket holds a portrait of her "one true love," and of course, you guessed it, she somehow got a photo of me and put it in there. Of course, Aiura, not to be outdone, used a website to custom order a skimpy t-shirt that says "I am PSYCHO for SAIKI" with a big smiling heart on it. Every now and then, she'll lift up her uniform shirt and show everyone. Of course, I didn't even tell you the worst of it yet... 

KAIDOU
(suddenly appearing from behind a column and speaking in a mysterious tone)
Hey, Saiki, sounds like every girl at PK Academy is going crazy for you. It's time to spread the love to one of your best buds. What's your secret?

SAIKI
(expressionless)
You already know the secret.

KAIDOU
(stunned)
I do?... I mean... Yes, I do!.... I was just testing you!... 

SAIKI
[What a moron].

KAIDOU
(stumbling over his words)
The secret is..... well, it's obviously.... I mean, it has to be none other than....

SAIKI
Dark Reunion.

KAIDOU
(lunging toward Saiki and covering his mouth)
Shhhhh! Don't say that in the middle of the hallway! They might be listening.

SAIKI
[If anyone's listening, they'd be embarrassed for us].

KAIDOU
(whispering, still holding Saiki's mouth while Saiki just stands there)
Who else knows about this?... Has Dark Reunion infiltrated the whole school?... And why would they cause you to become so popular?... Why not the Jet Black Wings?... Show some respect to their sworn enemy! That's how it was done in days of old, when knights and damsels and --

SAIKI
(pulling away from Kaidou)
I can't share everything here. Meet me after school at the abandoned building where the Occult Club met, and I'll explain everything.

KAIDOU
(excited)
You got it, Saiki!... and never fear!.... the Jet Black Wings will be there to protect you!

SAIKI
[Good grief. Does this guy ever stop talking]?

KAIDOU
Gotta get to class. See you after school at the abandon --  (suddenly whispers) -- you know where. See you later!

SAIKI
[With Kaidou out of the way, I'll only have to avoid half a dozen other people to enjoy my day in peace. Next up is Nendou, I'm sure, and since I can't sense his thoughts, he can appear suddenly without warning].

But someone else appeared suddenly without warning.... 

YUMEHARA
(running down the hallway)
Saiki! There you are!

SAIKI
[Wait. What?... Yumehara?... Why would she be running up to me like this? I can already tell something is off].

YUMEHARA
(eyes sparkling)
I was hoping I'd see you today.

SAIKI
[I was hoping for the opposite].

YUMEHARA
(eyes glazing over)
I'm just so overjoyed to see you, Saiki -- especially since I just shared my true feelings with all of your friends.... well, except Kaidou... and Teruhashi... and Aiura.... I don't want to upset anyone.
