The beginning of the world is the most talked about thing. People celebrate it with religion and education. Teaching others of how God made the world in only Seven Days. How he created the first man before creating the first woman, wishing to populate the world that he created.

But sin was created along with the first people. A tree of chaos and death grew in the place of prosperity and humanity. A threat to the world created. God warned the two humans. Do not eat the fruit it bares, for it would bring devastation to the world.

But temptation was something Eve couldn't handle. The red shiny fruit calling her name. Demanding her to indulge in a single taste of it's fruit juice. All it took was one single bite. One moment of satisfaction. All the evils flooded into the world. And the moment that God came forward, he banished Eve from his gardens. Punishing her for disobeying his order.

Eve was banished to live out her days on Earth. The world created by her creator. Abandoned for all the sins and evil that she brought upon it. But that wasn't her main punishment.

The forbidden fruit had changed Eve. She was no longer the woman who would populate the earth, but the evil being that would destroy it. Becoming the first supernatural being to walk the plains.

The first Vampire

The first Werewolf. The Queen of the Lunar. Ruby eyes staring upon her kingdom.

The ultimate Tribrid.

She was the source. The power that others would draw from. Something no one knew about.

That was her punishment. To be unknown in the world for what she truly provided. Locked away in a cave where the moonlight would illuminate her desiccated body for all of eternity.

Lending her power to create the first Werewolves. The first Immortal. The first Witches. And finally, the first Vampires.

Watching from the other side as others were born into the Supernatural world. Watching them strive and be feared.

Sticking to, what she liked to call, The Mirror World. A way to Mind Walk through people. Observe their lives. Watch them grow and make decisions. She lived vicariously through them.

Until one day, a woman appeared in her cave. The full moon shining over her through the hole above her body. Arms crossed over herself like the corpse she was. Eyes closed and seemingly dead.

Esther Mikaelson believed that the ancestors had sent her here. Brought her to the ultimate weapon that would rid the world of her sins. Her children. The pull to Eve was strong. Unlike anything she had ever experienced before. Like Fate was tugging the strings tightly.

A bloodbag in her hand. An offering. Hope in her eyes mixed with determination. She was confident that tonight would change everything. Tonight would be when she would be freed from the guilt of her evils. Her children would be gone and she could die in peace.

"Awaken, child." Esther whispered as she brought the bag to the parted chapped lips of the darkened corpse. Centuries of dust and sin drying the skin of the woman. The moment the first drop of blood hit her lips, her eyes flashed open. First a ruby red to threaten the woman before darkening into a black hole of hunger.

The blood bag was emptied within seconds before Esther realized her mistakes. Before she could even think to protect herself from the monster, Eve grabbed her and ripped into her flesh.

A scream tried to break from her parted lips, but the bite wasn't aimed at the jugular as it usually would be. Instead Eve had torn into her vocal box. Ruining her chances of yelling for help. Not that it would matter. She had come alone and her mind hadn't even thought about how she was a witch. Like she herself was under a spell.

"Thank you for this lovely meal." Eve whispered after Esther's body collapsed to the ground, dead. Eve pulled herself from her bed. Stretching herself up towards the moon. Bathing in its magic as she tried to rid herself of the kinks in her joints.

Magic running under her skin and pulling color back to the lifeless pale organ. Her stomach still running low and her eyes still dark.

Eve smiled wickedly as she stepped over the dead lifeless body of Esther. The hunger in her eyes still very much there. But first, she would need to escape this prison that was made for her. An underground cave with an opening at the top for light. Like a well.

Runes painted over the walls. Magic that she had drained for years. It was the reason she was able to spell Esther into finding her. Into believing the Ancestors had led her to her. How Eve had found a way to escape her punishment.

And for the first time in over a Hundred Thousand years; Eve was Free.
