Episode 11: Sprig vs Hop-pop

Pika, Sprig and Polly crawl though the vegetable bed removing the weeds, Sprig sighs as he got up, he then saw some cowapillars and gasped at the new suggestion "Hop Pop, great idea! What if we trained the cowapillars to eat these weeds? Then we wouldn't have t--" Sprig started before Hop-pop interrupted him "Hup bup bup. Suggestion barrel's over there" Hop-pop said as he pointed to a barrel, sprig runs over and eat the flies near the barrel and mutters as he writes "Suggestion 89..." "do you think he actually reads these?" Pika asked Polly as sprig wrote the idea "Doubt it. I suggested a swimming pool months ago and that never happened" Polly answered "Oh, come on, guys. Have a little more faith in Hop Pop" Sprig said as he got his hand stuck "Oop..." He said before laughing a bit "Hand's stuck" He then freed his hand, knocking over the barrel in the progress "What the..." he muttered as he saw the fire pit "ooo! fire" Pika muttered zoning out staring at the fire "Huh? A fire pit? That's the opposite of a swimming pool" Polly pointed out as she saw sprig's most recent suggestion burn "Why, Hop Pop? Why?" Sprig yelled he then walked to Hop-pop who got up from where he sat "Because your suggestions were ridiculous. You can't just dig swimming pools anywhere. It attracts pests. Running a farm ain't easy, kids" Hop-pop answered "Maybe. But if I were in charge, I'd listen to other people's suggestions, not burn them" Sprig argued "You? Run the farm? Ha! Run it into the ground, maybe" Hop-pop rebutted as he hit Sprig with his vocal sac (idk if that's the correct term), Sprig then hit him back with his vocal sac, Polly gasps and asks "Is that an official challenge?" "what?" Pika questioned as Sprig climbed up a pole with a bell at the top and warbles before hopping down, Pika walked towards sprig standing between the 2 Planters, Polly then said in an announcer voice "Sprig Plantar, you have rung the Plantar Family Challenge bell! What is your challenge?" "I want to replace Hop Pop and run the farm my way" Sprig answered "Hop Pop?" Polly asked "I do formally accept this challenge" Hop-pop agreed "This might make sense later" Pika muttered

at the challenge grounds 

"I stand corrected... What the fuck's going on?" Pika questioned "The Plantar Family Challenge" Hop-pop answered "An artful test of skill where the winner takes all!" Sprig adds, "They push each other until someone falls off a lily pad. It's dumb, but fun to watch" Polly answered simply explaining it, "Oh, like sumo wrestling, Has Sprig ever won?" Pika questioned (i have not seen sumo wrestling so don't come at me if it's incorrect) "I've won in spirit" Sprig answered "ok, that's a no. sad" Pika muttered "Enough chit chat. Let the challenge begin!" Polly said as she run the bell with her tail, both the male planters ran towards each other and tried to push the other off the lily pad, Sprig gets knocked down and almost off the lily pad and then Hop-pop tries to push sprig off laughing "Give it up, boy. I've got the experience and the upper body strength" he said "Oh, yeah? Well, I've got the moral high ground!" Sprig rebutted "What?" Hop-pop said before being thrown over Sprig off the lily pad. Pika and Polly both gasp "Holy shit Sprig won?" Pika questioned "Sprig won?" Polly asked at the same time "I won?" Sprig questioned as he processed his win "Congrats dude" Pika said congratulating Sprig as they give him a friendly punch in the arm "I don't believe it. I'm head of the farm!" Sprig cheered "Huh?" Hop-pop said as he looked over to the kids he's responsible for "Sprig's head of the farm! Sprig's head of the farm!" Sprig and Polly chanted "Looks like my time is over" Hop-pop muttered before leaving

At the Planter house

Polly and Pika both chanted "Sprig! Sprig! Sprig!" Before Sprig stopped them "All right, all right, that's enough" after a few seconds "Okay, maybe a few more" Polly and Pika chanted Sprig a few more times before Sprig started his rule over the farm "Love it! First order of business. As long as I'm in charge, no suggestions are bad" "Swimming pools?" Polly suggested "You betcha" Sprig answered "Dance parties?" Pika requested "Let's have one right now, baby" Sprig answered, Pika then played a random song they saved, they put up a flag that reads 'A farm that listens', they all saluted to it, Pika and Polly wrote down ideas they had and showed Sprig who gave them both a thumbs up, they started building the pool Polly wanted by digging a hole in the ground and moving the flow of water, "careful girl, you did good" Pika said carefully moving bessie who was tied to the mushroom that had the water flow, Pika hammered down a nail but ended up breaking the wall, "shit" Pika muttered under their breath, Sprig released the cowapillars and had them eat the weeds, A clown started to mime stuff as a worm played a tune like carnival music, "totally not creepy" Pika mutters as sprig laughs, Polly then screams and attacks the clown "Hey! Hey, clown!" she yelled as she punched it "Ayo! Polly!" Pika yelled taking Polly away from the clown "Whoa! We paid him for this" Sprig explained "how much did the clown even cost?" Pika questioned,
