Tonight we love

Tomorrow we part

Will you remember

What's in my heart?



Last night we danced

Last night we kissed

Today we look out

At the mist

And fog and rain

And wonder again

When will the sun shine

And stop the rain?

I want your heart

I give you mine

I trust your love

I just hope to heaven

That you will remember me.

I send you away

With love in your heart

With time that may die

While we're apart

I wish and I pray

That come the day

You come back to say

You love me for another day.

You say you will

I believe you now

Your head will grow old

And your heart will vow

But will you be mine

Will you be true?

I have promised

That I will love you

In all this time

For all these years

In my own heart

And all my tears

I love you most

You know I do

I only want

The best for you.

We laugh and love

We kiss and smile

Our hearts are happy

For a little while

But I'll wait for you

Til you say no more

And if you do

I'll let you go

Tho tell the truth

It breaks my heart

I must let you go

And be apart

We say for now

Ill see you soon

By the light of the moon

And by the sun

When I wake from sleep

Ive been dreaming of you

And our love so deep
