"Enjoy your drinks" The handsome bartender served three of us with a cute sexy smile plastered on his face.

I was enjoying my drink slowly taking my time savoring the taste on my lips, I had no plans to get drunk today.

"Let's go dance," Toff said pulling mine and Lee's hands, I took the last sip of my drink with my free hand and decided to follow her.

We were dancing crazy grinding each other and the ones around us in the crowd sweating and breathing heavy and exhausted when we decided to leave the dance floor finally.

We sat at a table after we grabbed our drinks, I was looking at the crowd around us I sip my drink, suddenly I saw a familiar figure but it disappeared before I could recognize it besides the dark club would not let me see anything clearly. Shooing the thought out of my mind I continued to chat with Toff and Lee.

"A drink for the lady" a server served Toff a drink, he just pointed in the direction opposite to our table watching her questionable face.

A handsome guy smiled at her raising his chin and glass in his right hand mouthing Cheers. Well, if this was Toff I knew, she would have smiled and made an effort to flirt back but this time it was different she just shrugged and raised the drink in the air expressionlessly. That's strange.

"Hello, beautiful. I am Alex" The guy who offered Toff the drink earlier approached our table.

"May I have the pleasure to dance with you" his eyes were stuck on Toff with expectation.

"Sorry, we were about to leave," Toff said standing up as if cue me and Lee stood up.

"Well, that's not how it works. I always get what I want" he said smirking.

"You aren't getting shit today" I spat stepping in front of Toff blocking the Alex guy.

"Hey there little tigress" Another man stood beside Alex took our attention.

The shit just got real as we noticed a few of his friends started to approach us, Lee was tugging my sleeves from behind, I can smell fear on her. But I and Toff were on our front foot ready for the worst. It's time to make use of the karate skills I spent all these years learning and check out to 'get into a brawl' from my bucket list. Heck yeah I am excited

"Look, let us leave. We do not need to put up a show here" Toff warned. There goes my dream

"It's just a dance baby..." "I am not your baby" Toff spat back not letting him finish his sentence.

"Let's go Toff" Lee intertwined her figures with mine and insisted I walk away from the table, I rolled my eyes in disappointment and started to walk but the group did not let us leave.

"What is the hurry girls? Let's have some fun. We can drop you later or best you can...." Alex spoke trying to get his hands on my shoulder but I was swift enough to land a punch on his chin before he even finished speaking, it was not a strong punch to knock him out but he stumbled a little because of the unwarned impact. His friend's eyes were as wide as a saucer as they saw blood rushing from Alex's mouth. He was speaking when I punched him and his tongue was caught between his teeth's and now it bleeding. No regrets though.

"You...." "I suggest you treat your wounds first" Came an authoritative voice, but strangely it felt familiar. And seconds later there was a huge masculine figure of EJ in front of me, he was staring at me as he spoke or rather commanded Alex.

"Brother..." "Go treat your wounds" EJ did not let Alex complete. Alex reluctantly left the place glancing at me for one last time. Excellent, why would one perv not know another?

"I would like to have a word with you," EJ said walking closer to me. He stood so close that I could smell his sweet fragrance which I find seductive strangely.

Really "seductive" could I get any more specific I thought myself

"Come let's go to the lounge," he said putting in hand forward for me. Lee's hold on my hand tightens. "I will take care of your friend, and my men here will make sure you two don't get in any trouble" EJ spoke noticing Lee's discomfort.

"Will you guys be alright?" I glanced at Lee and Toff.

"Do you know him?" Toff questioned me ignoring what I said earlier.

"Yes, we meet yesterday" EJ beat me and answered the question.

"Let's go Edward, I will explain you guys later. I promise" I removed Lee's hand from mine and placed it in Toff's "Will be back soon" I ignored their questionable faces and walked to EJ "Let's go" I ignored his hand held out for me but EJ took a deep breath and held my hand instead and lead the way to the lounge.
