"Fine. Let's get you to a safe place first them we talk" the warning in his eyes as he looked into mine left no room for argument; I did not want to give up so I maintained the stare we both refuse to give up. After a while huffing, I folded my hand over my chest "Fine"

Turning behind I saw Toff hugging Slaiman, I squinted my eyes at her "You have no problem with this!" it was not a question

"I got to know about it yesterday" she defended

"And you are okay with it?"

"I don't know," she said shrugging her shoulder. I looked at Lee and she seemed to look confused

"Guys, we can discuss this later. Let's get going now" Max cut in our conversation

"Lee, Myra, and Anna will ride my car, Slaiman takes Toff and Alex and Max I suppose you will take..."

"Do not complete that" Max roared

"Asston it is then" Edward smirked and Max left the room muttering curses, Myra Alex and Slaiman laughed

"He rides an Aston Martin" Edward explained looking at my confused face

"Let's go" Edward took my hand in his and soon we were out of the mansion, others follow suit

We were currently in front of another mansion, which was bigger than the last one, miles away from the city in the center of the woods. The security here is tight Edward has to scan his iris and fingerprints to get us into the hallway.

"So?" I popped the question as soon as everyone was seated after having some drink and a snack which Max arranged for us. Edward pulled me closer to him rounding his arms on my waist

"What do want to know?" Edward asked

"Everything that I should know if we are continuing this" I replied as I moved my index finger back and forth between him and me

"Mafia. We are not the bad guys but, well not now. Our grandparents used to deal with drugs and human trafficking but my dad opposed the idea of human trafficking and that's what got him killed" he took a long pause before he continued "None less I and my brothers walk in his footsteps, that attack back there was a let's say a waring for the war that we started against one of the biggest groups who do human trafficking which is owned by Jowar"

I was speechless, so they are the good guys amongst the bad ones. But they are in MAFIA for crying out loud, they save a lot of people but "So you work for Mafia?" I questioned him even before I thought about it
