I descended the stairs after I got a thump up from Lee for my makeup and hair, I usually do not apply makeup but today I did minimal makeup look with just a little bit of foundation and some tint on my cheeks which matched the colour of my lips. I pulled my hairs up in a messy up do to compliment the dress and the beautiful pair of heels.

As my eyes meet Edwards his lips tugged up in a smile, I returned it with a smile. He stood up and kept the glass of which I assume is whiskey down and walked towards me. He held his hand forward towards me and I put my hand in his, he kissed the back of my hand our eyes not leaving each other before he kissed my cheeks and whispered into my ears "You look gorgeous"

I murmured a small thank you blushing before we were interrupted by Toff, she cleared her throat before she spoke "I hope you would not hurt our friend or else you have us to deal with" she said seriously

I was about to interrupt her when someone else did it already "Com 'on Toffee, that not what you said earlier before you spilled Anna's childhood stories to me" Edward said in a mocking tone.

"You liar, you said you would not sell me out" she screamed accusingly. Edward smirk grew wide I tugged his hand which was in mine before he could say anything further "Seriously" I looked at him and the Toff "We are going to have a long talk" and started to walk out of the room pulling Edward with me. "Have a good time" Lee said before Edwards closed the door behind me.

As soon as the door closed, I turned to look at Edward but collided with his chest instead. I looked up towards him frowning as I spoke "I have no idea what Toff told you, but I know she might have exaggerated everything so please don't believe in what she said"

"Sure, whatever you say princess" he said lovingly but the smirk on his face did not go as if mocking me

With my free hand I pulled him down with his neck and kissed him on the lips, I then bite his lips and quickly rolled my tongue over it to sooth it. I pulled my face away from him, his face showed not sign of discomfort. Is this man made of iron I thought to myself, he did not even hiss now.

But before I could think any further, he pulled me this time for a loving kiss. We were panting by the end when we decided to pull away to get some air.

"it's nothing I cannot take" he must have understood my dilemma earlier, I shook my head as I touched his lips where I bit him and his lips tugged up in a smile.

"Let's go" we walked out to his car, he opened the door for me as I settled in, he closed the door shut and walked to all the way around to get in the driver seat.

"So where are we going?" I questioned as he ignited the ignition and we started to move

"You'll see" he said

He pulled my hand in his again, my heartbeat became erratic. Just two us in the cramped up in the car suddenly made my stomach flutter and blush crept on my face I looked out of the window hoping he would not notice the changes in me, that would be so embarrassing.

"You know what?" he asked me as he rubbed circles over my knuckles.

"Huh" I replied still staring out of the window, I turn to look at him as he did not anything further

"You look cute when you blush. Like a red tomato" he said after confirming I was looking at him with a side glance his eyes still on the road.

I blushed harder, I wanted to cover my face but he did not let go of my hand even after struggling. I tried to cover my face as much as I could with my free hand. The idiot kept laughing hard at my situation. I swear he would be rolling on the floor laughing if we were not in the car now.
