"Any updates?" I questioned Max as I paced around my study, just to receive a negative response in return

"When was the last time you contacted?" "for our last consignment, weeks ago". "Two weeks ago," he said as I raised my eyebrow, right now I need exact details

"Call Myra in here" Max put my words to action and dialed her number.

"Good luck doing that" Slaiman said as he sat down on the sofa. Well, waking up Myra from her sleep is nothing less than a nightmare. I nodded at Max and he put the phone on speaker

The call was picked but there was still silence on the other end

"Hey" Max started the conversation, no response was received "Hello sister?" no response "Myra" no response. "Who wants Alex's pancakes?" he used the mastercard smirking.

"ME, me me" I could hear her struggling to get out of her bed and the door closing after a while

"To the study," he told her and she was right at the door in a minute

"Where are the pancakes" she searched all over the room. Me, Alex and Slaiman laughed at her, her eyes widen at the realization, whining she sat beside Slaiman curling up to him as she rested her head on his chest, Slaiman but an arm around her stroking her back still laughing watching her whine

"That enough, what is it that you called me here LIEING" she huffed the last word. Which made us laugh more but we got to work after that

"When did you speak to the spider?" I questioned her

"Just before the weekend. Are we still talking about that?" she eyed Slaiman

"Nah. You are good. We have got a consignment to take care of but the spider isn't responding" I told her

"When is it due?" she asked, attempting to straighten up. "You don't have to worry about it," Slaiman said pulling her back in his embrace

"But I want to help" she pleaded, Slaiman stroked her hair "Not this time sister" "But" "Myra" Slaiman put an end to the argument

"Okay, so what can we do next. Max, can you find someone who can cooperate with us?" I got back to the problem at hand right now

"You know, the only person who can walk us in and out without any traces is Spider" Max stated the fact.

"There must be some other best option, we cannot stay still. It is supposed to be bigger than ever. Jowar and Killen has joined hands this time"

"Killen? When did he take over?" Myra questioned

"Almost a year ago. He killed his father to be in command" Max filled her in. "Disgusting" was all she said

"Okay, let's wrap up for now. Max keep looking for someone else meanwhile I and Ed will go to the office and work thing up" we all nodded in agreement

"I want my pancakes first. All you three boys are coming with me, call Alex to let him know. We are doing this once a week until I tell you otherwise" Myra stated or shall I say ordered us all. Well that is what you get for lying to her about her pancakes
