It's over a week than we hand planned to be in Hawaii, I decided to stay back, or let's say EJ persuaded me to stay back for some more days. However, I later got to know that he had already canceled our flight, I was so mad at him for doing that without discussing it with me. These past few days we got to know about each other much more. The craziest thing is the hotel that we are staying in belonged to his family, Slaiman owns it to be precise. Well, talking about Slaiman, he and Toff are always having a new fight about one thing or the other. Slaiman is adamant about taking her on dates and making her feel special, I know Toff loves the attention but is scared because of the past incident.

"I don't want to go. Just tell him I am sick and wanting to sleep all day" Toff's voice brought me out of my thoughts

"And he will be here the moment he hears you are sick" Lee laughed making Toff groan in frustration.

"I don't want to go but. I can't" she whispered tears building in her eyes, she put her head in her hands and leaned more into the bed. I and Lee laid beside her and hugged her until her crying turned to hiccups and she calmed down finally.

"You cannot always run away from a relationship Toff, at some point you will have to move on. Not today, not tomorrow but eventually" I cooed her

"I am scared" she visibly shivered as she said that, I hugged her more and saw Lee doing the same. Lee had tears in her eyes too but she held them back like me, right now Toff needed us to be for her

"Slaiman's a good man, he has been so patient with you all this time. I have seen him smile every time he looks at you, the way his eyes lit up when you agree with him after him perusing you for hours though" we laughed and what Lee said lastly "It's time you let go of your baggage from past and move forward, I and Anna will always be there to support you and kick his ass if he ever tries to hurt you" we laughed more and this time Toff seemed to be better than what she was a few minutes ago

"He is struggling to know what my past is but respected my decision when I told him I needed time. That day when he took me from the club, first I agreed to follow him because I wanted you guys to stop worrying about me and not ruin your night for me. But as time passed, I felt safe around him. Like I can trust him, he held my hand all night I slept after the panic attack. You know it's either mom dad or you two I need during those times but miraculously I was able to calm myself as he hugged me through it. The next morning when I asked him to keep quiet about the situation, I was in earlier that night, he agreed on one condition that I agree to be his girlfriend" well that was news to us she never told us that she agreed to be his girlfriend. I was stunned to know that she had a panic attack, I meet Lee's eyes and she had the same expression and importantly Slaiman was able to get her out of it was overwhelming to hear

"So, you lied?" Toff did not answer my question. "I am not mad though you should have told us that you have a boyfriend and yes about the panic attack too"

"I am NOT his girlfriend and I am not sorry for not wanting to bother you every time"

"You never will" Lee and I said together

"I love you guys" Toff said squeezing our hands more

"Let's get some sleep before we have to leave for dinner" I suggested, emotional exhaustion is more tiring than we anticipate.

"It sucks that we will be leaving tomorrow" I heard Lee say before we fell into a deep slumber
