Charmaine pov: I didn't get home til 4am and I was so tired but per usual my mama is bitching about I need to clean up and stuff like that. I don't argue with her I just do what she says until she leaves for work. I was stressing and Rose said this snow would take all that away. I pulled it out and did a little line before going downstairs.
Reggie: well sleeping beauty finally woke up

(The doorbell rings)
Reggie:(goes and opens it) Charmaine your baby daddy here

Charmaine: nods) I'm okay, I'll call you later (grabbing the car seat and diaper bag)

Charmaine pov: after Kj left we got ready for church and then left out. When we got there Misty and Oliver were standing at the door waiting for me.
Oliver: hey Charmaine (smiles)
Charmaine: hey Oliver
Misty: girl your face is red, what happened ?

Misty: somebody hit you
Reggie: let's go Charmaine (looking at her )
Charmaine: I gotta go (following Reggie and her mom)
Oliver:(frowns) something ain't right
Misty: yeah she acting very strange, especially around Reggie
Oliver: who is that?
Misty: her step father
Misty pov: Charmaine was real jumpy and she looked like she was terrified of Reggie and her mama. Something was wrong. Once service was over I pulled her to the side.
Misty: Char what's going on at home ?
Charmaine: nothing Misty
Misty: yes it is and you gotta tell me so I can get you some help bestie
Charmaine: I can't tell you
Misty: yes you can. You know I got your back and I'm gone help you the best way I can
Charmaine: sighs) it's my mama and Reggie. He's been sexually assaulting me and I couldn't tell nobody cause he gone hurt me or Chloe and I don't want nothing happening to my baby
Misty: oh no, I'm bout to tell my dad, he can arrest him
Charmaine: then where imma go ? Your parents ain't gone let me stay with y'all and all the shelters are full. Just let me take care of this myself please bestie I promise if I need help I'll call you
Misty:(sighs and hugs her ) I love you bestie and you better call I don't care what time it is
Oliver:( walking over to them) everything okay?
