Sunday morning:
Orlando: mama you coming to church with us ?
Charmaine: yes baby, go get your shoes on
Chloe: you okay mama?
Charmaine: sighs) I'll be fine baby
Chloe: you love him?
Charmaine:(nods) so much
Chloe: hugs her tightly)everything will work it's self out
Charmaine: thank you babe
Charmaine pov: once the kids were ready I locked the door and we got in the car. Oliver has been gone all week, he tried to call a couple times but I ignored him. I know he's probably gonna try and talk to me today. I put my ring on cause I do not need them nosey ass church people in our business. About 20 minutes later we arrived at the church and I parked in my spot next to his and we got out and went inside.
Gregory: there's my beautiful daughter in law (smiles)
Charmaine: (smiles) hey Greg, how are you?
Gregory: I'm good, how are you ?(gives her that look)
Charmaine: (sighs) could be better, but you know
Twins: hi papa
Chloe: hey paw paw
Gregory: hey my grand babies (smiles) y'all helping us out with the offering today?
Chloe: I'm dancing so I can't
Twins: we can (smiles)
Gregory; that's right, it is your weekend to dance , I'm looking forward to it coco
Misty; there's your family (talking to Oliver)
Oliver: I don't even think I should go over there
Misty: these church nosey , go play it off so they ain't in yall business
Oliver:(sighs and walks over to them ) hey baby, you look stunning as always (wrapping his arm around her)
Charmaine:(fake smiles) thank you baby
Sister Linda: (smiles)you two are just the cutest. What's it been 8 years ?
Oliver: 10 almost 11
Sister Linda: wow that is Amazing. A lot of young people don't stay married long
Charmaine: well I knew we were meant to be from the start.
Sister Linda: well I wish you two many more years together. Oliver you keep her happy you understand ?
Oliver: yes ma'am
(They go sit down)
Oliver; whispering) I miss you ( rubbing his thumb across her hand)
Charmaine:( sighs) I miss you too
Oliver: can we have dinner tonight and talk?
Charmaine:( nods ) that's fine
Oliver pov: it felt good seeing Charmaine. She still looked extremely hurt and that killed me. Service began and it was amazing. Chloe praise danced and she did so well. All her friends came to see her and I was so proud of her. The message was very good as well. The main thing on my mind was fixing my marriage.
After service:
Alicia: Omg bestie you did so good! I recorded the whole thing (smiles)
Chloe: thanks, thank you for coming I appreciate it (smiles)
Alicia: I wouldn't miss it
Andrea: (walking over to them) you were amazing
Chloe: thank you, I didn't think you would come (twirling her fingers)
Andrea: why not?
Chloe: because of the other day
Alicia: what happened the other day?
Andrea: we got into it over our project, blew it out of proportion
Chloe: yeah I was bugging, can you come over later so we can fix it ?
Andrea: yeah I can
Chloe: okay 4:30 good ?
Andrea: yeah that's cool wit me
Chloe: cool
Chloe pov: I was shocked to see Andrea because we haven't spoke since the day she said she liked me but I'm glad she came.
Later that day:
Andrea:( sitting in Chloe's bean bag chair) so what's up?
Chloe: first I wanna say I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable or anything. I do like you I was just scared how my parents would react. I sat down and talked with them and I was completely honest that I like you. They were so supportive and they said that if I wanted to try girls they didn't care as long as I was happy and I'm happy with you Andrea.
Andrea: smiles) I'm happy with you too
Chloe:sits on her lap) kiss me again
Andrea:(smiles and leans in kisses her slowly) don't mind if I do
Chloe: blushing ) wow
Chloe pov: I felt so happy when Drea kissed me. This is a new experience but I'm willing to give it a shot because I really do like her.
Charmaine pov: oliver texted me saying he was about to pull up. We were going to dinner so we could talk about everything. I slipped on a cute simple halter dress and some Sandals and grabbed my purse making my way to Chloe room.
Charmaine:(knocking) Chloe
Chloe: yes ma'am?(opening the door) oooh you look cute where you going ?
Charmaine: thank you baby, dinner with ollie. Can you keep an eye on your brother and sister? If they give you in problems just call me
Chloe: yeah no problem
Charmaine:(notices Andrea )ooh cute little couple
Chloe: laughs) mama!
Charmaine:(smiles) alright, I'm outta here
Chloe: enjoy
Charmaine: I'll try
(Charmaine goes down stairs)
Charmaine: twins Chloe is in charge til I get back, do not give her any problems because I do not want to give out any whoopings when I get back
Charm: yes ma'am
Orlando: we'll be good
Charmaine: ok, I be back later
(Charmaine leaves out and goes to the car)
