Oliver: can I hold her ?
Charmaine: smiles) of course (handing Chloe to him)
Oliver:(smiles) hi beautiful, you are your mommy's twin
Chloe:(smiles and lays her head on his chest)
Oliver: awww somebody sleepy
Chloe: playing with his chain)
Charmaine: she likes you, she knows you're a good person
Oliver: she's so sweet, I can't wait to have a kid one day.
Charmaine: I feel you will be an amazing father
Oliver:(smiles) you really think so?
Charmaine: mhm, you got a good heart and plus I see how you are with the kids at the church. They love you and you're so good with them
Oliver: well miss ma'am I hope you tryna push my baby out in a few years(smiles)
Charmaine:smiles) I would love too
Charmaine pov: Oliver was so good with Chloe. She played with his chain until she fell asleep and he held her so close. I offered to take her and out her in her crib but he just wanted to hold her. I think this will turn out to be an amazing relationship.
Later that day:
Misty: hey bestie, how are you feeling?
Charmaine:I'm feeling pretty good honestly. Rehab really helped me think about a lot of things. I gotta stay clean and make something of myself
Misty: are you comfortable talking about it? What was the experience like? The drugs and everything
Charmaine: yeah I can talk about it. Um when you first do a line it burns a little because you not used to putting something up your nose. But once it starts to kick in it's like a burst of energy and then your throat and stuff will feel kind of numb but after that wore off I would feel sluggish and agitated and that's why some times I lashed out.
Darius: so what did they do when they detox you?
Charmaine: really just made me eat lots of fruits and veggies. They do a lot of stuff to flush out your system. (Sighs) it's really tough I felt my body craving the drugs and I was withdrawing real bad. I was extremely sick, throwing up, not eating and everything for 3 weeks. But once you're out of that withdrawal stage your body will feel so much better then you can focus on your therapy and stuff
Oliver: y'all let's stop talking about that. She's out and she doing good no need to relive that
Darius: you right my fault Char
Misty: yeah sorry char char
Charmaine: y'all it's cool I swear it don't bother me no more....
