Misty pov; I ain't really seen Charmaine in months and Kj been having the baby a lot more often. It's a rumor that's she's working at Club Dollar Bill but I hope that ain't true. She ain't been coming to church and I have rarely seen her mama and Reggie either. When I call or text her we only talk for a minute.
(Charmaine is at work, at her station snorting the Coke)
Jayce: yo Cotton, I need one more girl to dance at my party tonight , you down ?
Charmaine:(snorting another line of coke) who all dancing ?
Jayce: Rose, Persuasion, Angel
Charmaine: alright, I'll do it
Jayce: wipes her nose ) slow down on that shit lil mama
Charmaine: pouring herself a drink) I'm straight
Charmaine pov: I was feeling good right now. I had to go home though so I could shower and get a nap in before the party. I grabbed my duffel bag and went to the parking lot and to my car. 20 minutes later I arrived at home and went inside. Soon I came through the door I felt a fist go across my face.
Georgia: you a fucking crack head ? What the fuck is this shit? (holding up a bag of coke)
Charmaine: gimme my shit! Why were you in my room?
Georgia: cause this my damn house, get your shit and get the fuck out ! Don't bring your black ass back here no more !
Charmaine: fuck you !
Charmaine pov: I'm sick of her shit anyways. I went in my room and grabbed all my clothes and the babies stuff and put it in my truck. Kj has Chloe right now and until I find a place he's gonna have to watch her. I'm sure I'll find something soon. I pulled off and drove to Kj house and rung the door bell. I just needed to take a nap.
Kj: (opens the door) what you doing here Char?
Charmaine: our baby is here duh, but I need a favor
Kj: right now ain't a good time
Girl: bae hurry up the show coming back on
Charmaine: you got somebody around my baby and didn't tell me?
Kj: sighs) I rarely seen you Char, what you here for ?
Charmaine:( holding back tears ) I got kicked out and I was gonna ask if I could stay here for a few days but I guess not. Can you just take keep the baby for a few days until I find a place ?
Kj: yeah that's cool, but you can come chill, the guest room is always open
Charmaine; I'm straight, don't think your girlfriend would like that
Charmaine pov: I guess Kj finally over me cause he ain't show much sympathy for me. I gave him some of the babies clothes and stuff and then left. I drove back to the club and fell asleep in my truck since my high was kicking in.
Later that night:
Charmaine: whew!(snorting more coke )
Rose: Jayce wants you upstairs Cotton
Charmaine: um okay
(Charmaine goes up stairs to the private room where Jayce is)
Jayce: just the girl I been waiting to see(licks his lips)
Charmaine: hi Jayce (smiles walking over to him)
Jayce: I got a little something for you(holding up a small bag of powder)
Charmaine:oooh(tries to grab it)
Jayce: (licks his lips) aht, aht, you gotta work for this
Charmaine:(turns the music on and starts dancing for him) I deserve it
Jayce: do you really? How bad you want it ?
Charmaine: real bad(grinding on his lap)
( a group of guys walk in and shut the door)
Charmaine:(stops dancing ) woah Jayce what's going on ?
Jayce: you gone have to work for this bag like I said, let's get this party Started(stands up)
Charmaine: nah I'm bout to go, what the fuck is this ?(starts walking towards the door)
Jayce; grab her ass !
(Jayce turns the lights off. The music downstairs is too loud for anyone to hear her screams.)
