Charmaine pov: I woke up to a wet sensation and in a lot of pain. Something was wrong. I reached over and turned the lamp on and pulled the covers back and it was blood between my legs. I instantly started to panic.

Charmaine: Oliver wake up !( shaking him)

Oliver:(groans) what's wrong bae ?

Charmaine:(groaning in pain) there's blood

Oliver: huh!?( sits up and looks over at her) oh shit

Oliver pov: char was in some serious pain and that was a large amount of blood. She could barely walk so I picked her up and grabbed her purse and carried her to the car. Chloe was at her dad's house so I didn't have to worry about her. I locked up the house and got in the car and drove as fast as I could to the hospital. Once inside they quickly got us in a room and began examining her.

1 hour later:

Nurse: I'm so sorry you two. Would y'all like to hold him before we take him?

Charmaine:Crying) no

Oliver: I do ( wiping his tears)

Charmaine pov: well there's no baby anymore. He was stillborn and it hurts so bad. I didn't want to hold him I just sat there and cried. Oliver held him tightly and cried. I felt so bad, we aborted our first baby and now we lost this one due to complications. The doctor said because of my history with drugs, it effected my fertility. I may never be able to give Oliver a baby. I eventually fell asleep. I can't believe this.

Oliver pov: I held my son in my arms and cried so bad. I couldn't believe he was stillborn. We only had 2 and half months to go. Doc said he was fine at our visit and boom this happens. This shit hurts so damn bad.

A few days later:

Charmaine pov: I was at the church helping First Lady and Misty plan out the events for the fall festival. I needed to get out that house. I was so depressed and just seeing the baby's stuff makes me so sad. Oliver ain't been home since that day. He won't answer my calls or text and I don't know where he is.

Misty: you okay Char you super quiet ?

Leslie: yeah honey you haven't said a word really.

Charmaine:mhm(tears roll down her cheek)

Leslie; oh honey, what's wrong ? Talk to us

Charmaine: we lost the baby on Monday

Misty; what!?

Leslie: lost the baby?

Charmaine: he was stillborn(crying) we went to our appointment , the doctor told us the gender and said he was fine. That night I went to bed like normal. Woke up to bad cramps and blood every where . By the time we got to the hospital I had to push and he wasn't breathing.

Leslie:oh baby I am so sorry (pulls her into and hug)

Misty; rubbing her back) I'm sorry bestie I really am

Charmaine: it's so tough and i been going through this alone (wiping her tears )

Leslie: alone? Where's Oliver ?

Charmaine: I don't know, I've been calling and texting and he won't answer. He hasn't been home since Tuesday

Leslie: I'm gonna go call him

(Oliver comes walking into the church and up the aisle)

Misty: there he is

Leslie: Oliver where have you been !? Your fiancé has been at home mourning the lost of y'all child by herself !

Oliver: sighs) I had to clear my head ma

Leslie: you need to get your fiancé and go home and talk.

Charmaine: (walks up and hits him in his chest) I tried calling and texting you. I was worried !

Oliver: I'm sorry ! You don't think I'm hurting !? It's your fault we lost him!

Misty: Oliver !

Charmaine:(clenches her jaw and nods) you right( slides her ring off and throws it on the floor and walks past him)

Leslie: Charmaine come back!

Charmaine pov: he's right, because of my addiction I lost the baby. My body fucked up from them drugs and I can't really change it. I was so hurt though,I never thought Oliver would switch up on me like this, hey people change right?

Leslie: you been smoking?

Oliver: sure have , drinking too . I'm grown so..(sits down)

Misty: you really hurt her Oliver. She just called off y'all engagement in case you ain't realize !( walking out the church)
