Charmaine:( coming to the door ) hey Kj

Oliver: I'll see you when I get off(kisses char cheek )

(Oliver goes to his car and gets in)
Kj: I got you a little gift basket for the baby, and my mama sent a little gift
Charmaine:( sighs) y'all should go get your money back
Kj: why? You don't want it?
Charmaine: we lost the baby Monday night
Kj:(shocked) damn I'm so sorry char I really am
Charmaine:( tearing up) it's cool, you know. Probably wasn't our time
Kj: that is so crazy, I really am sorry. Can I give you a hug?

Kj:( hugs her) I can't imagine y'all pain but I really hope y'all get through it

Kj: need some company? I can kill a little time
Charmaine: that would be nice
(They go sit in the living room)
Kj: so what caused it?
Charmaine: the doctors believe from the coke (sighs) I was on that shit bad. What if I can't ever give him a baby ? That shit gone hurt me
Kj: don't think like that char, one day you gone bless him with a child. Like you said maybe this wasn't the time. Everything happens for a reason.
Chloe: what's wrong mommy ?(climbing on to her lap)
Charmaine:( wiping her tears) remember you said you were gonna have a baby brother?
Chloe: mhm, where is he?
Charmaine: well he had to go help the angels. Remember the angels you learned about with Gigi at church?
Chloe: he's in the sky?
Charmaine:( nods) yes he is, so you won't be able to see him right now(wiping her tears)
Chloe: Are you sad you can't see him?
Charmaine:(nods) mhm, but he's okay now
Chloe:( hugs her) I love you mommy
Charmaine: I love you too baby (kisses her cheek)
Kj: how's he handling it?
Charmaine: go play baby ( putting Chloe down) he took it hard, he left for a few days
Kj: he left ? So you was grieving by yourself ?(frowns)
Charmaine: yeah, but honestly I didn't care. I spent them few days taking sleeping pills constantly so I slept the days away.We good now
Kj: he still should've been there for you, you felt that shit the most cause you carried him
Charmaine: everyone grieves differently Kj. When your dad passed you shut your whole family out and I was the only one you would talk to. Maybe he felt he couldn't be as strong as I needed him to be during that time.
Kj:(sighs) I guess you got a point
Charmaine:( sighs) I wanted that baby so bad
Kj: pulls her into a hug) I know but trust me, one day y'all gone have a baby, maybe lots of them
Charmaine: I hope so...
