With a towel pulled over my head to protect the cushions, I leaned my head against the back of the couch. Most of the girls had finished with their baths and were either relaxing in the common room or had already gone to bed. I looked up at the thump of something being set on the table in front of me. I gave Momo a smile as she distributed cups of hot tea then hurried back into the kitchen to make another pot. The boys must have been making sure Midoriya got extra time in the bath because they were taking much longer than usual. With the common room so quiet, it was tempting to close my eyes and drift off. But just as the thought entered my head, heavy footsteps from the boy's side caused my eyes to shoot open.

Midoriya sat down on the other end of the sofa I was currently occupying, while the others sat in the empty seats surrounding the table. Midoriya gave me a small smile before glancing around as though looking for something. He thanked Momo when she handed him a cup of tea then, "where's Uraraka?"

"Already snoozing," Mina answered, coming to stand near our couch. "Her and a few others crashed as soon as that sense of relief hit."

"Oh. Right..." Midoriya trailed off and frowned before looking up and glancing around the room, meeting everyone's eyes briefly. "Hey, guys? Thank you. I'm so grateful to all of you. And I'm really sorry for causing so much trouble."

"Yeah, that stuff about One For All? We got your message. The shock's kinda worn off since we read those letters, but still," Mina said, with just a hint of a whine to her voice.

And then everyone began bombarding Midoriya with questions. He chuckled nervously but he still wasn't smiling as bright as I was used to seeing. He listened to everyone's comments patiently but before he could answer, Shoto finally made his way into the commons.

"Midoriya must be exhausted," he said while drying his damp hair with the towel wrapped around his neck, "so let's let him sleep."

Before Midoriya could respond, Mineta chimed in from the opposite side of the room. "Seriously, Todoroki? Is that how it is? You gonna start walking into rooms posing from now on?" He turned to Sero and mimicked Shoto by lifting a hand to the side of his head, his face cold and without emotion. "Rate my pose. Do I look cool?" Then he turned to look at me. "Is this what does it for you, Satori?" he asked, his voice breathy and exaggerated.

"Hard no, bro," Sero said, making an x with his arms.

And I couldn't help but giggle a bit as Shoto sat down between me and Midoriya, completely ignoring Mineta. While I half-listened to the other two speaking about why Midoriya couldn't sleep even if he wanted to, I answered Mineta.

"Unfortunately for you, he isn't doing it on purpose. He really has no idea most of the time. Shoto is just effortlessly sexy...and that's what does it for me," I said with a small smirk.

"I bet it does," Mineta said with a leer before a laughing Sero threw a pillow at him, keeping him from making any more inappropriate comments.

I turned my attention back to the others when All Might loudly entered, immediately apologizing to Midoriya. While everyone rushed in his direction and watched as he and Midoriya had a heart-to-heart, I glanced up at Shoto and noticed his hair was still dripping. Grabbing the edge of the towel, I ran it over the strands, carefully squeezing them dry. When he shifted and leaned his back toward me, I propped my elbows on his shoulders and went to work drying his hair. But my attention was drawn back to the others gathered near the door once Mina started yelling.
