part 34: Saturday rain

It was a cloudy Saturday about a week later, and it was lightly sprinkling outside. Jo and Brick had just eaten breakfast (deviled eggs Brick had made the night before) and they were now playing Uno in the living room.

Jo, happily, said, "Ha Ha draw 4! And the color is green!"

"Skip your turn, and 7" Brick said playfully, after placing the 2 cards, only having 5 cards left now.

"Uno!" Jo replied, placing down a green 2.

"I won!" Jo declared, happily.

The rain didn't stop us from having fun, Jo thought.
