"Mavis!"
Flynn's fist kept colliding with the bathroom door, annoying the hell out of me.
"You've been in there for twenty minutes!" He shouted. "I have to pee so please hurry up!"
"Use another bathroom!" I shouted before I threw up into the toilet.
I locked myself out here when I woke up feeling nauseous. I could feel that I was about to puke, and I was right.
Twenty minutes later, and it finally came up.
"Maves?" Flynn knocked on the door again, but softer this time. "Mavis unlock the door or I'll use magic."
When I didn't answer, the door suddenly unlocked, and I looked up as the door opened and Flynn walked in.
His eyes landed on me, and he hurried over, brushing hair away from my face so the vomit wouldn't get mangled in it.
"It's fine." I sighed. "I was just a little nauseous."
"A little? A little nausea does not make a person throw up." He said. He reached for some toilet paper and then wiped my mouth, throwing the toilet paper in the toilet.
He tried helping me up, but I shoved him off.
"I can walk, you idiot." I said as I stood up. I flushed the toilet, and then moved to the sink to brush my teeth.
Once I was finished, I moved into my bedroom and got back into bed.
"I'm going to pee real quick, but then I'm coming to check on you!" Flynn called and shut the door.
I cuddled up with my duvet, hating how nauseous I felt.
When Flynn walked into my room, he immediately went for my glucose meter.
He sat on the edge of the bed and scanned the monitor that sat on the back of my arm. I heard the beep of the meter as it read the numbers.
"Your levels are normal." He said. "I'll get mum."
"No, don't get mum." I sighed. "I'm fine."
"You threw up, and you're looking way too pale right now." He told me. "I'm getting her."
He hurried out of the room, leaving the door wide open. I pulled my pillow closer, hugging it as tight as I could.
Only a few minutes passed before I heard fast footsteps on the stairs, and mum hastily entered the bedroom, rushing to my side.
"Hi baby." She whispered, brushing a hand over my hair. "Flynn said you aren't feeling well."
I groaned.
"I'm not a child. You don't have to get so worried. I'm fine."
Mum sat down on the edge of the bed, continuing to brush her hand over my hair.
"I'm just nauseous and I feel a little clammy." I said. "I need to sleep it out."
"She was throwing up." Flynn said from somewhere near the door. "And you can see how pale she is. What if it's her pancreas acting up?"
I opened my eyes to look at mum as she looked towards Flynn.
"And her numbers?"
"Within the normal range." Flynn answered.
Mum sighed before looking at me.
"Remember when Ronan was fifteen and had pancreatitis?" She asked me. "Flynn's going to go tell your dad to get a hold of a physician."
