You're going to be fucking shocked *evil laugh*

Also, I've been studying nonstop all weekend (I totally just forgot how to write weekend and actually wrote weekind and just stared at the word for 15 minutes straight)

Okay I haven't studied NONSTOP. I've been updating on this book as well... but my exam in psychology is tomorrow and I only need one last theme within the subject, and then I'm ready to go.

But I can't focus on simply studying. I also need breaks to write or scroll on social media. Ooh, and I'm listening to music, but when I have to read something, I can't listen to music so then I have to pause it.

I'M SO TIRED

-

"Are you excited?"

Fred was talking to Phoebe who had tagged along to our appointment with the OB/GYN.

"Only if it's a girl." Phoebe said. She was sitting on Fred's lap, cuddled up to him, her head resting against his chest.

"Why only if it's a girl?" I asked her.

"Because I want a sister who isn't annoying." She said, scrunching up her nose, and I had to laugh into my hand to not disturb the other pregnant women waiting for their appointments.

"How far along do you think you are?" Fred asked. "You shouldn't be showing already if you're only five or six weeks along, right?"

"I'm probably twelve or thirteen weeks?" I shrugged. "With Callum I barely even showed when I was halfway there."

"So if you're already halfway... that means we'll need to get everything ready within the next four to five months?"

I reached over and gave his hand a squeeze. "Let's just wait to hear what the doctor says."

"If it's a boy, I will be mad." Phoebe nodded once to get her point across, then crossed her arms over her chest.

"Oh, will you, huh?" Fred asked. "Good thing we aren't here to see whether it's a boy or a girl."

"Then why are we here?"

"To get a look at the baby that's growing in mama's tummy." He told her, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.

"Mavis Cahira?" A voice spoke, and I almost flew out of the damn chair.

I could hear Fred chuckling as he followed behind, holding Phoebe's hand.

"Mavis. It's good seeing you again." Nicole smiled as she gave me a short hug.

She had delivered Phoebe and Dora. Not Callum because that happened at a hospital and now a clinic. Plus, it was a c-section.

"You too." I smiled, stepping aside to allow her to greet Fred.

She did, and then her eyes fell on Phoebe, and she gasped.

"Hi there. Phoebe, I presume?"

"Hi!" Phoebe grinned, shoving off her toothless smile. Her two top teeth had fallen out, so she had a lisp when she spoke. "I'm Phoebe."

My daughter held out her hand, and Nicole chuckled as she shook it.

"It's very nice to meet you, Phoebe. My name's Nicole."

"Nicole is the one who helped bring you to the world." I explained while Nicole led the way into the room.

"That's weird." Phoebe scrunched up her nose.

"It is weird, huh?" Nicole smiled before addressing me. "I'm thinking we'll be starting with a regular ultrasound. Seeing as you're showing, you're either rather far along, or it might be twins?"
