While Jisoo didn't expect a welcoming party, it was a little upsetting that you were acting indifferent upon her arrival. It was like the two of you hadn't seen each other in months nor that you would only have a few days together before she had to go.
"I thought you said that you were going to be free."
Jisoo tells you with a pout.
"I'm sorry, baby. The professor apparently likes to do pop tests to make sure that we're going over the material regularly. Had I known before hand, I would've been studying for it weeks ago." You turn your chair around so you could face her. "I don't think I'm going to be much of a tour guide on this visit."
Jisoo sighs as she plops herself down on your bed. It was upsetting that the two of you couldn't spend much time together but there was nothing she could do about it. You had a test and she wasn't going to be in the way of getting a good grade.
"It's alright. I don't mind just staying in and keeping in. I'll probably just go out to eat with the girls though."
You give her a smile before turning back to your notes.
"I recommend Ground Round. It has the best burgers in town. The four of you are going to love it."
With nothing to do, Jisoo decided to take a nap. She lays down on your bed and grabs your pillow to cuddle with.
"Wish you were coming too." She mumbled into the pillow. "I'll bring you something to eat."
She answers when you ask her to repeat herself.

Jisoo had woke up by the time it was dinner and ended up going to the restaurant with the girls. She had hoped you would join them but you remained glued to your chair. Like she had said, she had brought a burger for your dinner.
"Thanks, baby. Did you like the food?"
"It was good but I wasn't really that hungry."
You frown when you hear this. They had just flown in to town after spending almost 11 hours on a plane, she must've been hungry.
"Really? I thought you would be starving"
She shrugs her shoulders and lays back down on your bed.
"Not really. Are you almost done?"
"Not even close. Why don't you go out with the girls?"
Jisoo makes herself comfortable in your bed again.
"I'm too tired. Plus I think they said they were just going to watch a movie and then go to sleep. I think I'll just go to sleep. You should probably come to bed already. It's late."
You laugh as you look over the clock to find it was barely 8PM.
"In a bit. I still have some things to look over."
"Well alright. I'll go to sleep then."
Closing her eyes, she drifts off.

Jisoo expected to wake up in your arms. Instead, the spot beside her remained empty. She's not surprised when she finds that you had fallen asleep on your desk. Not wanting to disrupt your sleep, she grabs a blanket and covers you with it before getting ready for the day.

After making your breakfast in hopes that you would join her only for you to eat it at her desk, Jisoo decided it was time to do something. Too much studying wasn't good for you. Breaks were necessary.
You let out a gasp when your chair is suddenly turned around.
"You're taking a break."
"But Jisoo, I still have a lot to study."
She raises her brow at you, stopping you from saying anything further.
"I said that you're taking a break. Now what did I say?"
"That I'm taking a break."
"Good girl. Now come on. Go shower and then get ready. I'm taking you on a date."
"Do I have to?"
You ask with a pout.
She gently pushes you in the direction of your bathroom before tossing you your towel.
"Absolutely."

Freshly showered and dressed, you joined Jisoo in your living room to head out.
"Now are you going to tell me where we're going?"
"It's a surprise."

You're genuinely surprised that Jisoo had brought you to an arcade.
"An arcade but you don't really like them."
"I know. But you do and it'll help distract you from your books. We can go do something that I like after your test."
Giving her a wide smile, you pull her in for a kiss.
"I love you so much, Jisoo."
"I love you too, love. Now come on. I expect big prizes."

You didn't disappoint. Jisoo could barely carry the two large bears you had managed to win for her. After changing into more comfortable clothes, Jisoo jumped into your bed with the two bears and you took a seat back on your desk.
"I better wake up with the bears on the floor and you holding me or I'm going to be mad."
"You'll wake up to morning cuddles, Jisoo."
"I'm holding you to that."

Jisoo was pleasantly surprised to wake up with you holding her close. Opening her eyes, she has to bite her lip to hold back her laugh. She couldn't believe you had place a post-it note on your forehead.
"Talked to my professor. I'll be taking my test early so I'll be yours for the rest of your trip. If you wake up earlier than me. Go back to sleep. I'll wake you up when I come back from my test. We're going out for breakfast."
Taking the note off of your forehead, she tosses the crumbled piece of paper behind her and scoots closer to you. She fell back asleep with a smile on her face, ready to spend the days with you.
