(Dreamcatcher)
Summary: Minji knows what needs to be done to save the group.
Minji stared at the blinking 6 on her gun. She needed 7 to save everyone. With one less bullet, sacrifices had to be made. As the leader of the group, she knew what she had to do. She had made a promise to keep you all alive and that's what she was planning to do.
Taking a deep breath, she headed inside the large building.
X
She finds the six of you sitting around the large crystal keeping you trapped in the alternate reality. Minji only had herself to blame for what happened. If she hadn't made the mistake of sending you out, none of you would've been trapped. She walks around to make sure none of you sustained any injuries and then finally stopped in front of you.
She gently took ahold of your chin and traced your lips with her thumb. Closing her eyes, she remembered the last time that the two of you kissed. If she had known that it was going to be the last kiss the two of you shared, she would've made it last longer than the second you took.
Leaning down, she gave you a soft kiss. Although she was kissing you, it didn't feel the same. Your lips were cold. It almost felt like she was kissing a corpse. At the thought, her blood ran cold. She didn't have much time.
After pulling away, she took off her necklace and placed it on your hands. When you woke up to find the necklace in your hands, you would know that she hadn't kept her promise to be careful. Minji had a habit of doing dangerous things to ensure your groups survival. After the two of you had gotten together, she had gotten less reckless. She just hoped that you would forgive her for her last reckless act.
X
Opening her eyes, she finds herself in front of yet another building. She knew she had managed to get in the alternate reality by the dark sky above her. With no time to lose, she walks inside the building.
Making her way through the long hallways, she finally finds the first room. She walks in without any hesitation and finds Yoohyeon inside a classroom. The two of them stare at each other as Minji holds up the gun to Yoohyeon's head.
"What took you so long?"
Minji smiles at her. It was nice to know that Yoohyeon knew she was going to come rescue her.
"I had to be fashionably late."
Yoohyeon rolls her eyes and motions to the gun with her head.
"Just pull the trigger. I don't want to be here any longer that I have to be."
"Be safe, Yoohyeon."
"See you on the other side, Minji."
Pulling the trigger, Yoohyeon's body fades away. Minji had no way of knowing that the plan worked but she had hope.
X
Minji walks up several flights of stairs to arrive at Siyeon's floor. She follows the sound of a tv to a room almost at the end of the hallway.
"Do you have any idea how boring it gets to watch the same thing over and over again?
Siyeon tells Minji when she walks in the room.
"You never did like rewatching the same thing."
Siyeon laughs as she turns around to find Minji pointing the gun at her head.
"Then please end my misery."
Minji pulls the trigger as she felt a lump in her throat. She needed to hold it together or else she wouldn't be able to save the rest of you.
