Yujin read through the comments on the Vlive, trying to pick a question that hadn't been asked a million times before. As she did, she was mindlessly scribbling on her arm little hearts. She didn't realize the consequences of what she had done until the view count exploded as well as the comments. Upon closer inspection, she realized exactly what she had done.
'OMG, guuuuys. I can't believe we're all here to witness a historic moment!'
'We found your soulmate!'
'Did you and (y/n) already know?!?!?!'
'Was this going to be the big announcement?!?!'
'When are we getting a wedding announcement?'
'Does the rest of IVE know?????'
'(couple name) forever!!!'
'(y/n) has the same hearts on her hand!!!'
Yujin is in shock as she continues to read the comments. She had heard of you and your group, even enjoyed some of your songs but she never thought the two of you would be soulmates. With the few pics that she had seen of you, she had thought you were cute.
Just as she's about to end the live, your writing appears on her arm, 'Hi, Love.'
Yujin ends the live but not before her viewers saw her blushing.

You knew about the habit of your soulmate loving to write on themselves. It's a habit that forced you to always wear long sleeves or jackets whenever you went out in public. You had actually worn a jacket for the event but took it off because the fans for the stage had stopped working. Neither you or your members had realized what had happened until a fan's request about it had shown up on the big screen.
'You should say 'hi, love' to Yujin'
While you tried to figure out what to do, the rest of your members distracted the fans. Your manager was in your ear, telling you that it was up to you. The two companies were already preparing statements for what had just happened and they would support your decisions
"Lets see what she says back!" You yelled into the microphone after a few minutes of thinking things over. The fans cheer as you go through with the request. "Now we wait."

Yujin was joined by the rest of IVE while staring at your handwriting. She had gotten the same speech from her manager about what to do in the situation. Her group had joined her to figure out what to write back to you. On the TV, your fanmeet was playing.

You're cut off when the fans cheer much louder than before. You only realize what had happened when Lisa points it out.
'Hi, sorry about the hearts.'
You smile when you read her response.
'Don't worry. They were cute.'
You're disappointed when she doesn't reply. You attempt to not let your disappointment show but it was obvious to you and the rest of the group. Eventually the meet ends and you're allowed to leave.

Due to your busy schedules, it was difficult to organize when to meet up. Yujin had messaged you first and the two of you had been texting each other since everything went public. Calls were soon not enough and you began to FaceTime each other. After a month has passed without being able to see Yujin, you decided to fly to her. Her members knew of your visit but it was a surprise for her.
Before stopping at the dorm, you had bought some flowers and chocolate, wanting to make a cliche appearance.
"Do you really think that this is a good idea? I mean, maybe I should've told her that I was coming?"
You didn't need to see Jennie to know that she was rolling her eyes.
"If it wasn't a good idea, we would've told you something. We wouldn't want you to embarrass us."
"You mean me."
"No, I mean us. Imagine if word got around that we let you go through something dumb? We would never hear the end of it. Now go knock on her door. The longer you wait, the more nervous you'll get."
"I feel like I'm about to throw up."
You wince at the sudden loud noise on the phone. You try to figure out what the commotion is but no one answers you. After a minute, Jisoo voice is heard.
"Quit being a chicken and go meet your soulmate. We're going to hang up and then you'll call us with all the details. Bye."
A click is heard and the call ends. With a sigh, you make your way up to Yujin's dorm.

"Is no one going to get the door?"
Yujin yells from her room. She waits a minute for someone to answer but no one moves. She rolls her eyes and heads to check who is at the door.
"If it's someones package, I'm throwing it away."
Opening the door, she's greeted by a large bouquet of flowers and box of chocolate. Poking your head to the side, you give Yujin a smile.
"Hi."
Without a second to spare, Yujin closes the door on you. Your eyes widen a bit from surprise. As you're about to knock again, the door is opened by Rei.
"Please excuse her, she's an idiot."
"Shut up and go away Rei!"
You just awkwardly stand there as the two of them argue amongst themselves. Soon enough, Rei leaves the two of you alone. The two of you can hear her laughing down the hall as Yujin lets you in.

It didn't take long for the two of you to fully fall in love with one another. It was hard to maintain a relationship as both of your groups rarely had time but you both made it work with the help of your respective groups.
Everyone could see how much the two of you loved each other that no one was surprised when you got engaged almost a year later.
