Crystalcoveredglass asks: Holy- ok sorry Bruce didn't know a nickname could give you PTSD. Basically what I said was, while you don't have powers, YOU ARE SMART AF AND HAVE THE THICKEST PLOT ARMOUR LIKE WTF. Also, I'm asking u most of the questions cause I have no clue who these other people are lol. Also, have a good day. (Sorry for the nickname thing btw) And while on that note- HOW IS THE BAT FAMILY??? W h e r e I s A l f r e d

Bruce: It's alright, you didn't know, but now you do. Also, I'm beginning to think that you might be getting me mixed up with someone else. Or some version of me. In fairness, Mr. Winston did tell me something about a multiverse recently and how there are numerous versions of everyone I know that I can think of off the top of my head, including me. There are some good and some evil versions. Hell, there's even a version of events where I swapped places with both of my parents, I died, my dad took up the mantle of Batman instead, and my mom became that version's J instead of Jerome or Jeremiah. I don't know why you didn't realize that I'm not whatever version of me you're thinking about. What's a bat-family? So far, it's only been me and Alfred, along with my 2 wonderful fiances, Fives and Selina, who I'm going to marry one day. Alfred is always around Wayne Manor most of the time, trying to keep it neat and tidy. He helps out with missions whenever he can. I also give him breaks whenever I notice that he might be tiring out. Also, what you consider to be plot-armor, I call it the results of years of hard-work, effort, and training. It's the same thing with all heroes in all stories. You can't have a story for every day of a hero's life. You'd only be running out of ideas pretty quickly and no one would want to read that. The people look for more in a story, which is why there are skips and jumpcuts inbetween the parts of the hero's life story. Cause if there was one story per day, then Greek myths, like Perseus and Medusa, would be drawn out far longer than they should be. This would also apply to other stories that came after as well. In short, "plot armor" quote unquote exists to help push the story forward. People only want to hear what's interesting and not a long drawn out dumpster fire. In short, filler is boring, that's why. And there also needs to be a reason for why it's there. And I will admit, it's one of the things that can make or break a story, depending on the execution. So there's a story lesson for you.
