A light blinded me, I couldn't see anything. My vision finally cleared, shielding my eyes from the bright light I looked around the white room. I don't even know where I am, I've never seen this place before but it's so pretty. I got up and walked.
"Zoë! Oh my god. Can you hear me?" I heard my mom say.
"Mom?" I thought.
"Dylan, call 911!" She yelled.
I looked down and saw the familiar bathroom. Jace was crying over my body.
"Am I dead?"
I heard a noise and looked up. I saw a shadow of a man standing before me.
"Zo?" He said softly.
"Daddy?" I said. "What is this place?"
"I call it The Holding Room" He said.
Holding room? I never actually believed in that stuff.
"Zoë, baby. What are you even doing here?"
"I...I wanted to be with you."
He moved closer to me.
"Zoë. no. It's not your time, baby girl. Not for a long time."
"But daddy, everyone hates me down there. I miss you so much."
"I miss you too, baby but you need to go back. Look at your mother and Jace."
I looked down. I was being loaded into an ambulance. Mom and Jace were holding each other and crying.
"You don't belong here, baby girl." He said.
"Why are you here?"
"To tell you to turn back."
"Daddy, I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"Your death."
"No baby." He took my hands. "It's not your fault, it never was."
He smiled. I threw my arms around him.
"I love you so much."
"Ditto but it's time to go back."
"Can't I stay with you?"
"Absolutely not. Your mother needs you and so does Jace."
I smiled.
"I'll always be watching you and I'll be in your heart." He kissed my head. "I love you."
"Ditto, daddy." I said. I felt the tears start to fall as he let go of my hand.
"Now go take care of your family."
The light faded and everything went black once again.

"Jace! Is she okay?" Diana asked. She just walked into the waiting room with Jaelyn behind her. They have both been crying; my teary eyes met theirs.
"I don't know. They wouldn't let me go in. They have been in there quite some time."
"She'll be okay. She has to be."
The three girls hugged before sitting together on the couch.
"Where are the guys?" Dylan asked.
"They are on their way." Jaelyn answered. "James too."

I looked up and Mattie was heading toward us fast with Louis behind him. She got up and threw her arms around him.
