I ran over to David, "Oh my god, your mom is so, aghh!" I said laughing and hitting him. "She's sweet though, I love her!" I quickly added. "Yeah, shes definitely something." He laughed at my over reacting. "Okay, okay, so whats this project?" I asked. "Well, we have to basically foster an animal for a month, then give it up. Its something about how parents have kids, then have to give them up." He said laughing. "So we're gonna go get an animal, what do you want?" he asked. I could tell my eyes lit up, "A PENGUIN!" I yelled immediately. "I don't think we ca-" He started until I threw a pillow at him. "I. Want. A. Penguin." I said and pointed to my phone. He grabbed it and looked at me. "Open it, duh." I said as if it were obvious. He did and his eyes widened when he saw it. My phone has a penguin case on it and the wall paper is all kinds of penguins put together. I grabbed it and opened a page that i had seen before. "Adopt-A-Penguin, Jackie, I'd do anything to make you happy, but we need to foster an animal, not adopt." He said. "They foster too." And a long hour later he finally agreed. We signed up, they said she'll be here in 1 week. She comes with all supplies needed, all we need to do is take care of her. "YAY!" I yelled and hugged Isobel and David. David just laughed at my excitement. "Shush you, I've wanted a penguin for at least 10 years." I said to him. "Well then, you should be really happy about this. Lets go back upstairs though." We did and I guess i accidentally fell asleep because I was being shook and woke up to David asking me whats wrong. "Nothing.?" I asked. "You were mumbling my name in your sleep. I'm flattered but you're actually crying. Are you scared of me or something?" he asked "No, no, I'm sorry, I've been having that dream for awhile now. And it's not about you." I said looking down. " Oh okay, um can I ask, why do you like penguins so much?" he asked me and put a hand on me trying to calm me down. "Come down for dinner in 2 hours." Isobel said and closed the door. "So, whats up with penguins?" He asked as soon as the door was closed. "Well, I never told you this, but well here we go. I think I can trust you enough to share this with you, so if you by any chance betray me, I will stop at nothing to make your life a living hell okay?" I looked at David. He just smiled and nodded. "Good, thank you, and get ready for this because its gonna be a lot to take in, and get comfortable because it'll probabaly be a while." I looked him in the eyes. "Okay," He said and looked at me.
